Sincerely. Nd we also need to be dynamic in our approach. For example, there was a time dat tract evangelism was very effective but dis days ppl may not even read ur tract. A very effective means of evangelism in our day today is d social media. Presently on Facebook there is dis bible challenge stuff whereby u share a part of scripture everyday for 10 days nd each day wen u share, u tag two new friends to take us d chain. I tell u, if everyone tagged responds by doing same, d whole of Facebook will b flooded with the word of God but a lot of Christians ignore d tag nd believe in just doing their once in a week evangelism nd tracts distribution. My God help us all

Remember I said I was a catholic. When I was in the uni sometimes I'll hear a sound of oji in igbo.this thing that masquerades hit on the ground that make a kind of shekesheke sound and immediately I'll be pressed in my sleep. This went on to a loonng time. So after graduation, I went to visit a male friend. At this time I was not born again. I met another lady friend of his who came from calabar.
This lady wasn't happy to see me. After this time I started hearing footsteps immediately it is 10pm at nite. The steps 'll be coming to my room and I'll feel something crawling beside me. Sometimes I'll hear a male voice calling my name. To cut the long story short.my sister tool me to their church CAC and the prophetess asked me to bath with st Michael oil for 3 days. That d demon was from ekpo itiaba shrine calabar. That it was the lady I met at the guys house n her friends went to invite hit to torment themselves not me. To the glory of God , it went away.

Now I can also sense something. I can sense it when something is about to happen.
Before I gave my life to Christ, if I see someone the first time and my spirit rejects that person, days later I'll hear that the person is a thief or a prostitute or even a witch. I was on my to festac one day n there was traffic. Immediately this thought came to me armed robbers, armed robbers and it wasn't up to 5 mins armed robbers came from nowhere and started shooting guns

Yeah I know there are pastors, evangelists and even prophets here to the glory of God.

My 1st experience:
This happened when I was about 10yrs old. My parents are Catholics. We don't go to church always except during Xmas /Easter .
Being a young girl I have this urge to know God.one night I dreamt of a staircase that linked from earth to heaven. I followed it in a company of a little boy of my age. He seemed friendly. We got to where looked like a mansion. I saw things:elders, people with wings. What got my attention was there was a kind of hall I say this 'cos it's got a white cotton like the one they use on doors. Then a thunderous voice was coming out from within . When this voice roars the cotton 'll roll like when we experience windy or breezy. The boy who was a friend told me that in there is the throne of God and then I woke up.



Experience 2:
About 2yra later I had a dream. I saw angel with wings flew down to my house. He wore a white linen long gown. I noticed he didn't flew down straight rather he landed on a peer tree in the compound before reaching the ground. He had a very big thick covered notebook. The type we use to write in sch. This one has thousands of pages n it looks. Old too. I ushered him to my dads room. Every member of my family was around. The angel asked all of us to start saying what we want. Whatever we say, he 'll write down on this book. When we were done he left the Same way he came I.e. Flying from the peer tree n off he goes.
I woke up n til mumsy, and she beat the hell outta me. Calling me names . That was when I stopped telling her things.


About demons, I'll share later in the day. Wanna go back to work.

I was recommended for a PhD admission by a school only for my supervisor to sly me. Till today[b] she didn't send her recommendation[/b] and from what I know, LORs from supervisors carry weight coupled with the fact that she published my project in a journal.
Memories like this live long.
Our lecturers need to change their orientation

It scares me how much God loves me. When I first entered the university, I was lost, I had to choose between being a christian and a Muslim. I had no idea what to do with my spiritual life. Then I was in bondage, sexual dreams, masturbation, attacks and a whole of other things was the order of the day.

I lived with two girls in a private hostel ( a muslim and a christian), so it was a matter of *who could convince me that her religion was the best*, the Muslim girl eventually succeeded by saying she already told God that if it remains 5 minutes for her to be a christian, God should take her life.. I was totally convinced, no going back. I started going to the mosque, attending lectures, looking for justification that I was doing the right thing. It got to a point, I hated anything Christianity (meanwhile the attacks never stopped) ..whenever I saw Christians worshipping or even praying, my hatred for them grew.
I started evangelizing to Christians aboutbhow Islam was the way and all that.

However, I wasn't satisfied, I didn't have peace, I was always scared and troubled. I knew there was a void and emptiness in me. In my own case, no pastors or sister preached to me, it was God himself that dealt with me. I couldn't sleep, couldn't think well. I felt i was losing out on life itself. They said islam was the way but my spiritual life was zero. I knew i didnt have a personal relationship with God. But A voice was just telling me *this is not the right way* . I was stubborn and didn't believe that.

One Friday afternoon, a christian program was going on in the common room, and I felt like something was calling me, I found myself in the hall. My legs couldn't refuse and I met with the pastor in charge. I don't know what happened, I just broke down in tears and surrenderd all. I gave my life to Christ there and then.

Sorry for the long post , but since then its been wonderful. If you have given your life to Christ and you are from a Muslim background, just hold on to God.. He is going to take care of you. Am still having serious issues with my dad and God has promised me he is going to take care of me.

I pray to God that he should givee the grace and ability to serve Him like he wants me to, not the way I think I should. I hate being a lukewarm christian , I always want to be on fire for God and I know with God and this thread , it is possible.

My dad is a Muslim and my mum a catholic, I gave my life to Christ fully two years ago and God has been wonderful. Am a dreamer and God speaks to me through dreams..

Pls brethren, what are the necessary things one needs to do to receive the Holy Spirit? I really desire Him and am determined to have Him at all cost. I backslided for like four years, I returned partially to Christ last year but fully this year January and since then I have been yearning for Him. I prayed, fasted and read the scriptures just to draw Him to me. Or am I too hard on myself?

This platform is a dynamite. Holy Spirit inspired, and we're all divinely knitted by Abba's Ruach(Spirit, breath). He who began the good work will be faithful to complete it in you Philippians 1:6.


I pray the holy blood of the Lamb- Jesus Christ to keep you, your families, your doors, your cars, your jobs, your marriages, your prayers and answered prayers and the dispatched Angels. Let all the desires, conspiracies, missions and intentions and intentions of our adversary become frustrated. May every demonic arrow hurled at you never locate, but rather go back to sender. Just like attachments and jewelries, the same goes for hair coverings.

You'll not see me debating over headties and such cos i've learnt to rely on the Spirit when it comes to what i do not understand and He has always advised me to walk on His pace. And i do not force my convictions on pple's throats.

It's amazing how an ordinary piece of cloth can have such a huge effect in the Spirit realm.

Permit me testify on that:

At the beginning of my christian walk, i hated anything that touched my head. I didn't hate headscarves, i LOATHED them. Literally. With all my energy, i hated these coverings. Plus, i thought they made me look stupid and they made my head itch!!! In my local assembly, it was a MUST to have your hair covered during worship.
I couldn't wait to take the nonsense (chai lol) off at the end of every Sunday service or Bible class. It was such a relief!!!
At one point, i wore the same bandana (i opted for bandanas cos they were like handkerchiefs) for a whole year or maybe two ! Yes, it was that bad. Because i didn't stand the idea of having another "covering" in my possesion.

It went on like this for a couple of years; Finally i was left alone to do what i wanted with my head. No problem in my faith whatsoever and i was like[i] "abeg why were these people even disturbing me with this? As long as God answers my prayers"[/i]. God Himself never told me anything about it, not a peep. Nothing. I carried on with my life and i had become terribly lukewarm. At one point i even backslided due to a couple of things which shocked my faith and made me question God.
When i decided to rededicate myself two-three years later, certain things began to change by themselves. At one point, when i would see Fulani, Arab and indian women pass by me, for some reason i would turn and stare and stare. It was the same even with some daughters of the Lord. Before that, i never gave a hoot. I even found it ridiculous and imprisoning. I don't know what made me stare at them like that.

I was staring at myself in front of the mirror (don't remember why) one day and for some reason i turned and looked at my bed. A little bed sheet that was coincidentally folded there (who even folded it there sef?) was also[i] "staring" [/i]at me That's the impression i got ...

i went up to my bed, picked it up, unfolded it and put it on top of my head. It even covered half of my body.

IMMEDIATELY, i felt something come down gently on me. It envelopped me and it felt so warm. Mind you, that bedsheet was COLD, i don't know where the warmth came from. It was so reassuring. i went to the mirror to see what it was and wow i saw the most beautiful version of myself. I opened my eyes wide and said "Na so i fine like this?". I just stood there staring at myself until that warm sensation left, but the feeling of peace remained . And my face became "normal" again

Eiii, now i dey tie hair o. It's a must during private time. During public worship, it's optional. Sometimes i do, sometimes i don't. I'm glad God gave me this option. No option during private worship time, especially when it comes to warfare. YOU COVER THAT HAIR!!! If i had to cover hair all the , i don't think i would have survived. But i think i'm gradually getting there....
When i sleep at night i pull the bedsheet over my head. I have really large bedsheets and it suits me just fine. I feel "guarded" somehow, like angels by your side picking your prayers and flying up to God to deposit them.

Oh yes, no more itch on my head

Brethren I need a brief exposition on 2 issues.

1. Gal 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Galatians, etc.

How can a christain expel completely/deal with all or any of these works of the flesh still manisfested in his/her life? Are there in all cases (or only some?) spirits behind these habits that should be dealt with?

I believe the goal of every believer is to be spotless and free of blemishes both in charater, thought and words.

Good morning Brethren,
I had this dream last night, after a long supplication to God through our Lord Jesus Christ. I ended the prayer by asking God to bless me, give me a retentive memory of my dreams and also turn my story to glory, after reading John 2, where he turned water to wine. It's a popular one but whatever took me there, as i read it, my spirit asked me to pray with it. I'm making mention of my prayer last night, just so you know if it's connected to my dream.

I don't usually remember anything of my dream but, from the little I can remember of this,
I don't take alcohol, but in my dream i found myself in a shop taking Guinness stout ( a bit sweet), in it there was a candle wax I almost swallowed, yet I could not stop but finished the Stout, even though I was not enjoying it. I wake as I was done drinking. I didn't find funny.

Prayed in fervently anger and rebuked the spirit that caused me to drink.

I went back to bed, had another dream that involved money, I need an explanation, I don't want it to affect my finance physically.

I was in my village and wanted to leave for Lagos with a cousin, at the park, we found a luxury bus, paid the conductor or whoever he was that was collecting money and convinced/confused us that, the bus was almost filled.
My cousin bought snacks for us, as I was about to take it, I remembered still in the dream that I ate in the dream (the stout I took) while I was not supposed to, so I declined taking the snacks. (I'm still confuse how it worked out that way)
After about 3 hrs waiting for the bus to take off, I entered the bus and to my annoyance, only few people were in the bus sleeping. I confronted the conductor, who apologized and told me that the bus will leave by 12pm. I let him know, it wasn't funny, we shall have to postpone our journey till tomorrow and asked him for a refund of our money, he refused but eventually did when we threatened to fight him. (we actually fought him, he surrendered).
Others things happened, but I can't remember.

My physical money safe? Though I'm not scared, gone are the days when devil make me fret.
