My questions:

1. What is the consequences (if any) of speaking in tongues in dreams. I'm not really sure if it is speaking in tongues but I do see myself praying and speaking in tongues in dreams. Though it is not that consistent, maybe like once a month or even once in two months and at time three times in a month. (when I backslided it stopped but after crawling back to Jesus, it started again).
And could that be the reason for not having the Holy spirit, because I'm really thirsty for Him?

2. How can I discern God voice from that of the devil. The only time I heard the voice was like that of someone that used a microphone becuase it was so loud and what I was told happened less than two hrs later. Some says it will be like someone talking to one's mind. But in movies its always like sound of many people into one. And Apostle John also said in REV 1: 10 that it sounded like that of a trumpet. And I heard it through my ears not my mind.

Your hair is the symbol of your glory and your head a symbol of your destiny , when you hair is shaved it is a very bad dream.

I would encourage you as a matter or urgency begin to pray for the restoration of your glory.

But as I was reading it, I read somewhere where you said you were called to broadcast evangelism, I feel deep down within me that your assignments is not complete. If there is an assignment there are usually well laid out instructions on how you should go about it so that you don't get injured on the way..

Your project supervisor and HOD in your university will be the best to give you the recommendation letter only if you have good student to lecture relationship with them before you graduated from the university

Admission at University of Minnesota is very competitive. Make sure you get your GRE right and other stuffs before applying.

My ex studied there.

There is no gre centre In Ib,just lag,abj and pH for d computer based exams. chk ets.org/gre

I got like 5 of them

If you are doing the right thing and it's giving you issues, then you have to contact your graduate school, nobody here can do anything about that. Does their system permit you to upload in pages or as a single document?
submitting documents online before completing application is not an issue.....register online for GRE on the official website and check for available venues.(i don't know about Ibadan but Lagos venues yapa)
First find out if there are no specific instructions regarding the type of people you should get the recommendations from, if they don't, rule of thumb is at least one school related referee (doctor or prof.) and at least one work related referee.

I started my application to University of Minnesota and they asking me to upload an unofficial transcript, I tried doing that but upload is not going through page by page. Once I upload the first page and I try to upload the second it automatically cancels the first.

Also they require I submit all my documents online like my recommendation letters, SOP before I submit my application. And please do any one know where I can write GRE in ibadan.

As regards the the recommendation letter they said they would send a link to the email of the people who will recommend me and they will fill and submit online. Who would you guys advise I use for the recommendations.

I don't know what to do.
