1. Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) - Operates their own budget and do not depend on the national treasury. Their pay is very attractive and comes with an annual upfront running into millions. NCC's salary is crazy!

2. Nigeria Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT) - Operates special salary structure with starting salary around N135,000.

I am an Accountant in one of the leading banks in Nigeria. I
married 12years ago. I never had any problem in my
marriage not until I told my husband that we need to build a
house of our own.

This is how it happened. I brought this idea before him, he
was very happy but asked me where he's going to get the
money to buy land not to talk about building on it." You
know I am not financially stable " he replied. I told him not
to worry, that was going to be of help to him.

A month after, my husband told me that there was a plot of
land to be sold. We arranged a meeting with the owner of
the land and we were taken to the place. I saw this plot of
land by myself and I like the area where the land is. We
talked about the price, and the owner of the land said the
land was to be sold 1million naira.

The following day, when I was coming from work I cashed
the money and gave it to my husband as the head of the
family, to pay for the land. The money was diverted by my
husband for another purpose. I was mad but what can I do
as a wife who doesn't want her home to tear apart. I over-
looked it and move on with my life.

A year after, I brought the same idea to my husband again
because I don't like the bogus amount we spent on rent
yearly. I gave him another 1million to get another plot of
land. To my surprised, my husband could not account for
how the money was spent and did not buy the land. This
time around I did not take it easy with him. He knew he was
guilty, he begged me and promised not to play on me again.
At this junction, I felt I should give him a surprise by getting
the land myself. I bought a plot of land without his
knowledge and later told him. He did not take it likely with
me. He considered me to have taken his place in the family.
As I am speaking to you now there is rancour and acrimony
in our home because he has decided to back out.
How to handle this issue I don't know because it has gone
beyond me, and I don't want to lose my home purposely
because of my children.
I need you to judge me if I was wrong with my decision
because, I don't feel I was wrong. Advice me where
necessary, and tell me the way forward, plea......se!

Madam,

Don't let your man intimidate you, there some things that have to be done by force.

Your husband's ego is getting a hold of him, he will come around.

Just be strong, organise the money and start building.

I no alot of my mum friends that are were once in your shoes, they didn't build and now they built but it was late and it was not as easy as it would have been back then. The so called husband that didn't want them building the house now stays in the house with them.

My opinion is don't back down, if you need to code it so that the he doesn't no so that there will be peace do so but don't stop the project, do it in your name, and continue cos nothing last forever.

That the advice I would give my sister. You don't want to start building house at old age..

Good evening to everybody. Yes i had to create a new account as this is not something anybody will be proud of. I need advice. Matured audience please.

For the past decade, my life has been controlled by sex and porn. It all started when i was in my teenage age. I had this desire to see what happens when humans mate. Thats how it started until i fell in love with seeing under the shirts and skirts of women. I got so addicted that even in school (Secondary school then) i used to sneak into the female toilet to see females pee. I fell so much in love with porn since then. Years passed and i continued. My Phone, My computer, my web archives and drives all filled with Porn. As i write this, i am currently subscribed to over 15 porn sites in which i pay monthly to an average tune of $120/month.

It got to a point that i got tired of watching porn then i decided to have real sex. I went from brothel to brothel, had so many friends with benefits. I had so much sex over the years that in Lagos where i live and work, to the best of my memory, i have met with about 50 women or so in total including Friends, Girlfriends, Prostitutes and so on. I did not stop there. Even when i went to Ibadan for a training, i met with about 8 women in just 3 weeks of my stay in Ibadan. Even in Niger state where i did my youth service, i slept with about 5 female corps members and about 12 sex workers in a span of 9 months.

Please i need help in getting out of this. I cannot control my perversion. When i see women i imagine them unclad. 45% of my salary goes to prostitutes in clubs and brothels. I have no wife yet. I cannot marry in such a mess. I am thinking of settling down with a wife but how would i do that with this addiction of mine? And its so bad that my street where i live, there are about 3 brothels and 2 clubs so it was just overwhelming and i could not control my urges. At the slightest pinch i cross the road to the nearest one just beside my house. Day after day, week after week and counting. Even my office is no exception as just last Friday, i had sex with my secretary. How long would i continue to live like this?

Please what can i do to end this so i can settle down?

My response will be short. The lady's gift as described by you cant be from God, something tells me She is marine. Genuine Holy Spirit gifts are not destructive, cant be operated at will and are for edification/service in Christiandom.
I wont be surprised if your misfortune is directly connected to your sexual escapade with her, people do not know how powerful sex is and how it can open us to demonic attacks.
Beyond making vows which you cant keep by your own resolution, you need to seriously get close to God, pray to break all blood covenant you entered with this lady/other ladies and develop your spiritual life. May God restore all you have lost in Jesus name.

With my little understanding, Jesus made it clear that only HIS name is SUFFICIENT to cast out demons. Mark 16: 17-18. Ur refs are mainly in the old testament. (am not against the old testament) I have never read it where Paul cast out demon in the name of the God of Peter or John (because they were closer to Jesus than himwhen Jesus was on earth) or even John the baptist.

on no account should you engage a demon in a conversation. I believe wat Jesus did there was in order to teach us not to do dat. You av all you need in Jesus a mention of His name. His name is not an incantation dat you recite. Do a Bible study on Just the name of Jesus and wen next u mention dat name, you will immediately feel His presence.

Brother you're right Jesus asked for the name of the demon(s), according to the passage you mentioned, that wasn't the first time Jesus had already cast out the demon from the same man. [See verse 29] So in my little understanding I believe Jesus asked because he knew it wasn't same demon he cast out of him. So he asked "what is your name"? And it replied Legion (for he was filled with many demons). I also believe the demon wasn't honest for it didn't give an exact name and only referred to its quantity, like say a herd of cattle. [pls note; just what I understand from the passage]
However what puzzled me is what followed after, why would Jesus grant the demon's wish? (verse 30). Pleading not to be sent to bottomless pit. Oyeludef, superior1, analice107, charlyg1 please enlighten me.

Also using the name of the God of a prophet is ancient like the old testament. I believe Jesus came to redeem us and gave us authority as in Luke 10 vs 19. The Bible says in the name of Jesus every knee must bow and every tongue confess. Not in the name of God or in the name of God of Paul, Silas or Peter.
Jesus redeemed us and only with his name have we been given authority and we are allowed to exercise such authority with his name only.
This I am very sure and will not ask anyone here to enlighten me but I'm open to corrections if I'm wrong and please make references to the Bible when correcting me.

bro God really open your eyes to a great mystery in the bible. i myself always asked y? If you mediated deeply, you will notice that this was the only place in the bible that jesus had this sort of conversation in the bible with a demon(s). up to even granting a request with the demon. Nevertheless as much as possible, christains (except when led by the spirit) should undertake to be interviewing demons or chatting with them. demons misled, lie and are cunning. talk with the holy spirit instead to reveal things to you, talk with the candidate before the deliverance to extract information, then look out for signs of manifestation in the person to detect the kind of demon/spirit. God knows best .thats all we can just say. God help all deliverance ministers world wide. they and our missionaries/evengelist are the infantry's in God human army. Exactly my point, that there is no exact prescription in casting out demons to the best of my knowledge. Just the name of Jesus is more than enough do so.. but I believe all other activities during the cos of deliverance is just additional.

From what we were taught in church, No two deliverance cases is the same and you rely solely on tye holy spirit on the way to go...

Please what advice can I give as i dont wanted to get involve in this matter. There is little girl of age less than 9yrs in my church she look innocent but that may not be the case. Last month she told me she will be celebrating her birthday and she is expecting gift from me and I did promise her something but not specific. Three days after her birthday, that fell on a service day and she ask of the gift I promised her, but I dont anything to give as at then, but there is a Medium size Bible I just bought and something within urge me to give her that New Bible i feel so much reluctant, it took me more than 5mins to think over it at last I let it go, infact the girl was happy to received, both her and her mother continue to thank me for the next three days.

Last week Sunday during service she asked me for N5 for Water I gave N10 because I had no change, it was later I got to know that she did not buy the water but something else, which means she lie about the water, I called her and corrected her not to lie again etc... meanwhile I thought she was such a gentle girl. But some days back when i was walking round the church, I saw her with two other kids sitting in a place not too dark but no light bulb there, something prompt me to ask what they were doing but I ignore and I assume they can be doing any funny thing in such a place. Also last year I caught this same girl and others in the children church playing with something but as soon as they noting movement of somebody they hide it and i knew, that throw suspicions, and I demand that they bring out whatever they are hiding, after sometime they bring it out, it was a dull and this girl had sew a cloth for it, BUT WHY HIDING IT, SUCH A CREATIVITY?

This Morning, A sister, My youth leader call my attention to what the mother of the girl in question complained about her, (definitely expecting me to join my prayer with them).
1) She cant rebuke the girl, else she will bet wet that day (an adult)
2) The Girl can decide to go out until the mother will start looking for her at late hour
3) The can decide to scatter the room for no reason

According to the sister, mother said she had tried many deliverance church, even including MFM and others, it was along the process, the problem get more intense. How can i advice the Mother, on how to direct her prayers, AT LEAST for her to be cover from attack as the case (1) above, because am doubting if the mother will have confidence again to pray in her room.

As per the mother spiritual life she has a good conviction, if fact she separated from her husband because of restitution, she committed as well, thats all I know about her.

Am not into deliverance stuff so I dont want to get involve, also[b] I have my own am dealing with[/b], I may share it one day

There is a part of the bible in Ecc that says all rivers flows in to the sea but its ia never filled.

What am I trying to say is, there is never a time we don't have battles to fight but when we are led to help pple. We should despite our challenges.

Might be spiritual and might not.. The little might just need counselling, can be a lot of things but counselling,careful observation and waiting upon the lord for direction could do the trick.

The part of engaging a demon in a conversation Jesus did that when he wanted to cast the man with legion in him in luke 8, he asked what was his name. Now in another part when he casted out a demon he didn't bother to ask questions he just casted out the demon.

Now to the part of casting out a demon in the name of a man of God that I can't say.. But praying in the name of a man of God can be gotten from the Bible. If you read the book of Genesis up to exodus ypu would see whre God himself appeared to Moses and told him I am the the God of your father Abraham, God of Jacob and the likes in Exodus 3 and so many other passages like that even in the new testament.. That been said..

When you look at first kings when Elisha got the mantle from Elijah and he wanted to path the waters he said "Where is the Lord God Of Elijah and he smote the waters and the Bible says the water parted". So which means the there is a God of Elijah.

So if some one prays in the name of a verified and acknowledged man of God I don't believe they aphave committed any wrong..

The Pastor needs some counselling. He handled the ministration wrongly and gave demons the permission to disrupt the service. The fact he tried casting out a demon in the name of a man suggests he knows near to little, you can only start ministration to open manifestation like this when conducting mass deliverance ministration and even then, you would have spent time to teach the people and gave them opportunity to renounce strongholds in their lives, you don't engage demons in conversation and allow demonic entertainment, embarrassing people who have demonic cases like this Pastor has done.
The norm is for him to stop the demonic manifestations and schedule a counselling and deliverance sessions for the Sister.

In all, I seriously doubt if that demon was casted out.

Sir, is there a particular way deliverance should be done?.

Though I still have my reservations about some and but again we all agree to dis agree and there is no searching of God understanding so sometimes what I think I no which is true might be different from yours and we still be saying the truth...
