So sorry we didn'task of you, I have been frequent here also.I hope you're fine mama.
I was placed on bed rest the whole of lastweek because I was having contractions which became intense over time.But all thanks to God, I'm doing great now.
Currently on week 27 , I guess these is the last week of second trimester.
Please take good care of yourself and the baby. We are getting there.

So far it's been good, some days I'm just lazy but most times I'm energetic.
Baby shopping hasn't started yet, waiting for my 20weeks scan so I can know the gender.
Started antenatal around 12weeks.

When I had my son, I abandoned the nursing bras I got after few weeks.

Why?

They had already slacked and it just didn't make me feel sexy.
I went back to my regular bras but what happened?

.
They hurriedly gave out their under wires due to pressure whilst breastfeeding.
It simply wasn't the best thing to do.

.

We are doing fine. So far, God has been faithful. The constipation package is still there and I'm also trying to get a hang on the sleeping position thing.
I started antenatal last month.

Just try and find ways to manage those discomforts. It will surely end in happiness.

How are we all fairing? I'm sure morning sickness has given most of us space now.

I intend using national hospital as it was where I used for my first. I'm yet to register. My friend that registered fee weeks ago suffered because of the present corona, they had limited no of slots weekly, she went for like 4 weeks before she could be registered successfully. I'm still just looking jeje

I'm usually a big bumped lady too. For my previous, people talk tire, I no answer them. I'll just smile.

No let that one steal your walks jare, it helps to De-Stress to me. I feel happy and energized after having a walk.
Turn deaf ears and do what's great for you.

We're rooting for you. Go bring forth our baby with ease.

Good afternoon moms.
Please I want to know if there's a likelihood I have my baby early. My other two kids came at 40 weeks 6 days, and 42 weeks 3 days respectively.
I'm asking because I'm obviously tired and hubby is not even buying the idea of ECS. We're hitting week 35 tomorrow according to LMP.
Secondly, when is the appropriate time to do the last scan and check PCV? I was waiting to do it at 36 weeks before my next appointment.
Third, what are those things I should do to get labour started and help ease it when it starts? I was here last in 2013 so I have practically forgotten everything I know. I'm on Google everyday.
Then, does lack of sex affect delivery? Can't remember when last I had sex. Since my last scan suggested my cervix was not closed as should be and I was advised to avoid sex, my husbandman no even near me.

Hy momma, congratulations on the journey so far.
First, I'll implore you not to expect your baby early as 2 of your previous came after 40 weeks, however, there are no rules to these things, anything can happen.

Secondly, please and please, try and remove your mind from the baby coming early, it'll only stress you out the more and make you almost frustrated.
Go for outings, read books if you love to. Just try and enjoy these very few weeks left jo matter how little you can.

Having high expectations only steals one's joy especially when it comes with disappointments.

Take walks, squats, zobo, pineapples, dates from 36weeks.
Wishing you safe delivery.

pls mamas, has anyone experienced this before?...this is my second pregnancy,I started bleeding from 11th week..my doctor placed me on 6 doses of progesterone injection with other drugs and also placed on bed rest....after the treatment,scan was done and baby is ok...
Now am 14weeks 6days and bleeding still continued like 2days off 1 day on... doctor said I should just be on bed rest and that I have been doing but it has not stopped.
I have gone for scan on my own and baby is ok but I have a posterior lowlying placenta ...the Sonographer said that is the cause of bleeding but my mind still not at rest..

I wouldn't know as I've never experienced this, pls n pls, just take enough rest as possible.
May it be a thing of the past

I am fine, I've just been having cattarh for some days now. I have been doing inhalation with aboniki and drinking warm water. I don't know if it's safe to use aboniki in pregnancy.
