Y'all are funny. No matter how much you insult and defend either country, no matter the different permutations and scenarios y'all put up, people that wanna travel will travel and ppl that will stay will do just that. All these my friend bought 12 G wagons in one hour, my friend built 5 houses on top of each other, all that ain't you. People will make decisions based on their situation. Logically, if you have it good here, why travel and if you got nothing, why stay, right? Yea but ppl will still do what's best for them. Some ppl can't stand naija, some ppl can't stay away. Whatever floats your boat. Some ppl insulting Abroad prolly haven't had a realistic legit opportunity to move permanently and ppl insulting naija prolly don't have anything worthwhile doing here. To each his own my people. If I stay, no need for insults and if I relocate, there's really no need for insults cos it really ain't nobody's business. The 400k dude has a brain and he'll make the decision that will be favourable for himself and his family. For all we know, dude fit don even dey Canada dey wear winter jackets n sh*t. We out here insulting ourselves and our precious Naija.

If transaction didn't go through, it'll prolly change to payment declined or something like that then you'll try again. You got a dorm account? how much USD did u purchase to give u the Canadian equivalent.

Bros please explain the bank certificate thingy better. If IRCC doesn't require account statement, why are we always talking about gift deed/LOE to explain hugh deposits? What's usually d content of bank certificate and what's the criteria for getting it from most banks?

Most banks won't give out bank letter in the required IRCC format hence we back up whatever we can get from the bank with the 6 months statement

Bro I no just send again. I know a lot of ppl have gotten PPR using gift deeds. A dude on Canadavisa forum even outlined all d docs he submitted in relation to POF and he used gift deed and he's in Canny so whatever the VOs wanna do, let em do. High BP is reaaalll

not sure but I feel they got the funds late and the basis in the LOE did not hold water in the VO's opinion.

But based on my main question, what would you advise?

Now this is scary, I got all the funds way after ITA and printed statement the ffg day. So VO go reject me? But how will they determine that one's family can't genuinely give out the needed cash esp when the family member gets paid very well.

I don't think you can convert to any kind of visa without returning home. You certainly can't apply for study while you're there, for work I seriously doubt Nigerians are given work visa without an employer giving u a job and filing on ur behalf. Except you have a spouse who's a Canadian citizen or PR, you might need to come back home. Try not to overstay, might ruin future chances.

Yes, he has to write another. Express Entry requires IELTS General Training not Academic.

Have you tried Express Entry? Locate the Express Entry thread in this Travel section and you will have all the info you need there. You can ask any question there but read through the first 5 pages to get a basic understanding.

1. I'm including one in my situation along with the refusal letter the embassy gave me. You will have to indicate it in the statutory questions post ITA.

2. If your application is successful, you will get a request to mail ur passport for them to include a visa for you to land. They won't be able to do this if they don't have your physical passport.

3. Background search might involve checking out reasons for the denial. They will wanna make sure you were not denied cos of acts such as terrorism. You have to indicate that you were denied a us visa in the post ITA questionnaire and this might lead to them investigating why.

OOU is the most useless school on Earth, if I come to this life again I'd rather be a thug than go to that school, at least I can be a politician afterwards. Don't pay that 50k bro, did mine with only certificate as tollu said. Just know when WES sends confirmation email back to school, then go there and beg them to verify your certificate. That's it.

A "signature of account details" letter will suffice. That's what I got from GTBank plus my 6 months statement of account. My letter was addressed to:
Central Intake Office (CIO)
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Sydney, Nova Scotia
Canada.
