Akwa Ibom can never go to the APC....you have no idea how things work in AKS. Udom will win again and again. APC have no physical presence in many parts of AKS. Even the last elections held, in my center, the APC observer was a pdp guy trying to make some money out of it.

If it happens you have the cert, the second part i think is paying for the inauguration package or paying for placement or something.
