PoliticsRe: ESN Chase Herdsmen Out Of Enugu, Gun Down Two Cows- Pictures And Video by tempest01(m): 7:49am On Mar 12, 2021
In as much as I don't support violence, the Fulani should ideally begin to have a rethink. If they continue to take advantage of people all over the country, they will have a feel of how their victims feel when they are attacked in the dead of night.

You don't spend a dime, but graze and pen your animals freely on fields and bushes. You then proceed to take that as weakness of your host, pick up arms, steal, plunder rape and take over the lands of your hosts.

As the head of the government of the day tacitly supports these barbarity by the kin herders and influences the lower government and security agencies to do same, the people are also tacitly in support of this retribution in other to keep safe and maintain the integrity of our civilization.

I see this being replicated in all states in the south and some middlebelt states if the excesses of the herders is not checked and the problem is still tagged "Herders/farmers crises" with the aim of annexing the south and giving to terrorists to actualize nefarious conquest plans.
FamilyRe: Is My Wife Correct On This Matter? by tempest01(m): 5:20am On Mar 12, 2021
Chuxx84:
Good evening nairalanders.
Please I need advice/opinions on this issue at hand.

I have been taking care of my mother since before I got married, I have other brothers older and younger but they are not financially buoyant. (So they claimed) I did not mind this but kept on caring for her ( house rent, feeding, other bills).

Although it's a burden to me, but she is my mother. Now my wife suggest that any money I want to give to her should pass through her (I will send to my wife then she sends to my mother) or she does the sending and I later pay her back.

Her claim is my mother is fetish with my money. I'm confused can this be true? Sometimes my mother will make simple money request my wife would say I should ignore her. She says she is taking me for a fool. I am beginning to get tired of this whole thing. Please help with advice or opinions.

Thanks.
Your mother was not fetish when she was feeding you from birth, clothing you and taking care of you.

It is now you are repaying she will become fetish. Take control of your house and put that woman under your roof in check. Else you will have unnecessary issues.

Should have asked him how many villages he has joined in attacking and how many people he has killed. You will get an idea why these people should not be allowed to carry on with their nefarious activities.
PoliticsRe: Despite Clocking 60: Accountant-General Idris & Boboye Oyeyemi Still In Office by tempest01(m): 9:24am On Mar 08, 2021
It is little treasonous and anti-constitutional actions like this that empower the government of the day to take actions to our detriment.

The constitution is paramount and should not be sidelined for any reason. This is the reason the president swears to uphold it.

When the people look away in acts like this, you only embolden the cabal ruling this country in proxy to take more daring actions damning any consequences.

Going against the constitution and our laws is tantamount to treason and is an impeachable offence. We have seen lots of illegal appointments, recruitment and actions in this regime. And the other corrupt/rubber-stamp arms of government are cowered and silent.
PoliticsRe: An Open Letter To Nnamdi Kanu To Dissolve ESN Following Buhari’s Order by tempest01(m): 9:07am On Mar 08, 2021
If the killer Fulani herdsmen are still armed and in our forests committing all sorts of crime, then it is only right that the ESN keeps operating albeit clandestinely. When the government is serious, it will go after the terrorists, disarm them, prosecute them, and then logically we will be in support of the ESN and other counter-militia/outfits disbanding.

If anyone thinks Garbas face-saving order that is aimed at the victims while the aggressors have a field day will hold water, then they don't have their thinking cap on. Someone that has come out to use the instrument of government to advocate for terrorists.

The failed government should have taken action when its tribal affiliates were routing the middle-belt. Heck, the south should have also taken action then as the corridor leads directly to them. The actions and inactions of the government of the day has shown that they are tacitly in support of terrorists from one side and against any militia set up to counter them. A government that has become an internal security threat to the nation.

The fundamental right to life is a basic one. If the government architecture has been designed and twisted to take sides with terrorists and murderers, then the people have no other choice than to resort to self-help. I only shake my head for the southerners that are willing tools to be used for the desolation of their region and civilization.

You won’t understand what they mean by wanting too make more and more , Even Dangote is hoping for bigger opportunities, When you start making real money come and contribute, Btw I can go to USA if I want too , I just want a real life experience, And not blind journey, Please don’t mention me anymore
I can do a bit of social engineering on you and tell you that even if you actually make that amount you claim, you are poor in mind.

You come off as a dejected fellow who hopes to travel out as others, has the money to sponsor, but can't seem to find a way.

And your business that is giving you this mouth, if I am to take a wild guess, even if it is not an illegal online business, it is one that is not morally right.

The money is small sir as am also thinking about making more, why will you join low income earner making small 22 mill a year , Year not even month . Waiting for who will mention there exact savings
See your mouth like 22 mil.

When you have no ability to immigrate like others you end up talking down on them.
Leave people that want to travel out to do so. If Nigeria is paying you that much, why are you so concerned about what the immigrant is earning?
Is it a dck measuring contest?
I even thought i will see a sensible thread.

huh That’s not the takeaway here, what it shows is that Nigeria and Nigerians are only deceiving themselves... if presented the opportunity any tribe would willingly chose to exterminate another... No unity here
Very correct. The only place you are wrong is "if given the opportunity"

It is already happening

The Military is used and controlled by one side to use excessive unwarranted force and actions on one side and to be feeble in the other

Militants and Terrorists are tacitly supported to exterminate other sides.

It is already tactically happening.
PoliticsRe: Bandits Attack Military Outpost In Marina, Katsina, Many Soldiers Feared Killed by tempest01(m): 7:36am On Mar 05, 2021
If this was in the South, watch as the tribal military will go into villages and kill innocent people with the support of their conquered southerners.

Now it is in the north, they'll know how to target the criminals or look away, then take more southern soldiers to the outpost to be used to count scores.

Then you should stop complaining about poor services since Nigeria has

1. A low tax rate

2. A low percentage of people paying taxes(I forgot to add this)

To provide the revenue for things to run well.

When less than 30% of the economically active people are paying taxes and oil is not high enough for us plus corruption is there to compound matters what do you expect?

You cannot buy a car at the cost of a bicycle
Lol....Low tax rate. by someone who pays 50 naira for every e transfer he does. That alone surpasses any tax regime you want to quote. Making money out of nothing.

It is so absurd that a local refining company that will not incur much transportation and landing costs and also utilize the low cost of labour and production in Nigeria , which ideally should lead to low operating expenses and cheaper end product is more concerned about having the licence to import to himself.

This shows that the long term strategic plan does not involve any patriotism and giving back to the country that had given you everything but a scheme at profiteering as done with other products.
PoliticsRe: Dangote Wants Only Refinery License Holders To Import Fuel by tempest01(m): 3:35pm On Feb 28, 2021
This one want make price dey up like cement

Let the import be there so that if he tries to monopolize the price, people will find cheaper alternatives.

Let the market forces determine the prices. Not getting all the monopoly and setting very high prices.

If every thing is local and the FG is also supplying you oil at local prices, then you should not be worrying about importation as your cost is way lower than theirs and your price ( without any ulterior motives and external factors) will be lower than theirs, making you take all the market share.

But this one you are already thinking far, that means your intentions are not pure.

Steal and loot as you please, as long as when you are called to do their bidding, you carry out the orders to the letter, else the CCB and other corrupt anticorruption agencies will be activated against you.

How then will the constitution be enthroned?
How then will the general populace enjoy the benefits when our collective wealth is placed on a bazaar and being looted with rage.
How then will a section not go on a tribal agenda against other sections?

Nigeria has gone to the dogs.
PoliticsRe: Six Children Killed In Attack By IPOB On Anambra Community by tempest01(m): 6:10pm On Feb 19, 2021
This should have been expected and many more. When the military allows itself to be used to push the agenda of one tribe, reprisals will occur. I will advise that military installations be put on red alert and everyone not residing in his/her locality move back for now. The coming months I predict will be bloody. The govt should know they are not the only ones that can be savage. They've learnt nothing from the fallout of tollgate killings.
