I think most of the personnel of the Nigeria police should be retrained. The way most of them behave when they stop you on the road live much to be desired.

One asked me sometime ago if it is the IG who is in Abuja and do not know what is happening that will tell him what to do?
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Note To Those Working In Lagos. by Ten06(m):
Me that do not live in Lagos was inside a bus going to ikontu, before we could realize what was happening one agbero dragged our driver down and was fighting him for #100. Me being a good Samaritan went to separate the fight so that I can pay the #100 for him, in the process the bus conductor who is supposed to be helping his Oga to fight the agbero stole my phone.

I was smart enough to note that he was the only one who stood close to me so I immediately held him and took my phone from him

SweetBuns:
They say that "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder", but honestly speaking there are certain calibres of men I will never go near no matter how hard they try.

To get straight to the point,

1. Short men
Oh my God.... I don't just know what to say about these sort of men. If I'm taller than you as a girl, then sorry but I can never see you as my second piece. You'll always be like a younger brother to me. No hard feelings.
Short men also have this irritating attitude whenever they see girls around, as if they're trying to compensate for their low height. And some even go to the gym and gets muscles.... But it just makes them look shorter like a 5 litre jerry can and irritating
Also, why in the world would I pick a short guy over a tall guy? I literally feel so protected and safe when I'm with a guy that is wayyyy taller than me (I'm 5'2 so my height is kinda average)... So ofc I'd want a tall man and not a mini man.
Imagine hugging a man and he's hugging your waist cause he's short ugh.
I wanna stand on my toes whenever I kiss him and strain my neck just to look at his face. No more no less.
Tall men also stand out more, they're far more attractive and I also want taller sons and daughters.
Who should the short guys date then? I dunno... But not me.
The bar starts at 6'0, but If you're like 6'2 or 6'3... I want your babiesss

2. Bald men
The only age where I think baldness is acceptable as a man for me is if he's like in his 50s or 60s. But if you're in your 20s-30s and you're already going bald.... It just irritates me low-key in a inexplicable way... Like why will a young guy have a hairline that receeds all the way to the middle or back of your head? Where did all your hair go? Gross
I also read somewhere that early balding is genetically inherited so that means my children too will suffer the same fate? God forbid.
My man ought to have a head full of hair well into his 60s, then we start talking about hair loss.

3. "Oju yo Bo" people
I didn't know the English term for this so I had to Google it. It's a Yoruba term for people whose eyes pop out of their sockets like that of a wall gecko. This is also something I don't like in my man.... I want his eyes to be like that of Henry Cahill... Neatly tucked inside and having small slit like opening.

Addition: so I just googled it and it's called prey eyes. I prefer the hunter one since it gives my man a piercing gaze and I just wanna hug him immediately.

4. Eyebrows
A man MUST have thick eyebrows. If you don't, I can't take you seriously

5. Men with bad posture

6. Men who supports man U grin

That last one was a joke but I'm dead serious about the rest. And I'm sure other girls will agree to some up there too.
Do not worry if you cannot find a man of that nature.
You can go about it the way you and other ladies have been doing it.
If he is not tall anough for you, you can buy him high heel, if he has bald hair, buy weavon for him and if he is too dark you can buy bleaching cream for him. You can also take him for yansh operation if you like guy with big ass, if the nails are dirty you can fix nails for him. Even eye lashes you can fix for him.
Na una way

Later if you could not find a man to marry you will still look for one man or your family members to blame.
Your gender hardly blame themselves for their own mistakes

Gentlelox:
Some time ago, i was in a public place and a lady sitting next to me was obviously staring at me and drawing his face out anytime I turn.

Eventually, she took her phone and started a call with a guy. Discussing over love. I had the feeling the girl was doing it because of me and that it not to drive me away but to show interest in her.

Happened again at the airport. A girl I was sitting next to asked me to get her something politely as i took permission to go get something. When I arrived, she was obviously into me. But then, she brought her phone out and started a video call with another guy. She does it in a way that will make me notice by fire by thunder. After the call, my demeanor changed and I avoided her and I could see the girl somewhat disappointed. From her looks, she was expecting another type of reaction from me.

A lady friend met me and we talked. She wanted relationship and she was into me But then I asked her if she has a boyfriend and she said yes. Then i changed the topic and she could see my interest has changed. So she said it not a serious relationship and she doesn't even know if it a relationship because she doesn't love the guy... She started telling tales. Las las i nor give am line.

These things happened alot. Maybe because they are all up to marriage age. If a girl thinks that chatting or calling another guy would make a guy interested in them, then they need to rethink. Or maybe she just doesn't like me.

What's your opinion on this.
Maybe they has succeeded in putting a mark in you that is attracting confuse ladies

Good day beautiful people,
I am in a bit of a fix and need advice on how best to confront this situation .

There is this mama put restaurant besides my house in lagos but separated by a fence.
However the said restaurant is built attached to the fence in the next compound and that makes it awfully close to my windows and they cook with firewood not even charcoal but all manner of firewood.

The owner of the mama-put a yoruba woman ( very hard working ) starts cooking by 6 a.m up till 11 p.m with smokes going up and into the windows of my bedroom ( upstairs) and other rooms in my house making my room very stuffy and causing me to keep shutting all my windows .

Personally I can't stand any form of smoke be it cigarettes or smokes from burning stuffs

With the high cost of fuel I can't keep running Gen to keep my rooms ventilated and power supply is poor in my area .

I have thought of approaching her concerning this matter but from my observation the woman is very harsh n raze and I fear she might not reason with me .

I understand it's her means of livelihood but I am suffering cus of it and all my cloths in my wardrobes are all smelling smoke ... My room has smoke smell as a result of this , it only reduces if I keep my windows shut for weeks .
I hate problems and I avoid conflicts in every way ... But I have been suffering this for long now

Is there any authority I can report to ?

Or is there a better way to make her understand my plight and switch to cooking with gas without appearing like her enemy of progress ?

Please your advice is needed thanks

Family › Re: Six Habits That Prove A Person Was Born In A Poor Family by Ten06(m): 10:27pm On Nov 23, 2023
You are very correct with the above analysis.
It is a desease that manifest all through their life.
I know one who lived in abject poverty in his childhood, despite the fact that he now earn very good salary he cannot eat more than #400 food for the whole day. He doesn't have fans in his house and it is only his dining that have a light bulb.
Just to buy a pillow, it took him an hour negotiating and manipulating the seller before he could pay for it.
His salary is about a million per month but he still went ahead to buy 60k phone from EASYBUY.

I also know another one who do not like paying his children school fee even when he has the money, because he do not want his money to finish. When it is time to pay fee he will take them to another school, when that one ask for fee he will withdraw them to another one. That was how the 2 of the children finished secondary school without knowing how to read properly. They are now at home doing nothing.
All what he knows to do is to announce his hunger to the hearing of the who street and swallow garri without control

Very expensive

Pursue Lagos as in how? Yoruba land and the northern part are where you find cheap commodities.
South South and South-East are the most expensive to live in Nigeria

How you identify this terrorist sympathizer is he says nothing about Oct 7,rather he supports the invasion of Israel by the Islamic monsters.

He said nothing about the murder of civilians in their bedrooms or the destruction of the festival attendees.

Then he completely ignores the fact that Hamas took hostages and are unwilling to return them.
You are very confused with information
