I met one in a market in Yenagoa. The child he brought was seriously bandaged on his tummy, but a small part of his intestine was dangling outside the bandage.
I now called them, he was thinking I want to give them money. I now asked the 2 guys with the boy to know the doctor that did this kind of bandaging that left part of an intestine dangling outside.

Immediately I started warning them and people has started showing interest they ran away.

You may be right about Maiduguri but you should also understand that most Niger Delta Governor apart from Wike who collect so much allocations from the federal government ended up doing nothing in their states despite the prevailing peace in those states
