They won't advise you to move because you will later insult them for not tell you everything about abroad. Abroad is not a bed of roses, the kind of suffering you will see at first will make you to keep enmity with whoever advice you to travel. And during that stressful early stage you may want to rely on them for survival and that is what they don't want because they themselves have not really achieve what they really want to achieve.
