He said he didn't want to put his wife's life in danger cheesy but if she had open legs for you like you wished, and you most probably Bleep her raw, you won't be putting your wife's life in danger abi? Properties / Building Approval In Lagos by TexasR: 1:07pm On Mar 03, 2022
Hello Nairalanders

I have this property I want to develop in Sangotedo area of Lagos. The drawings are done, just tidying up a few things about other documentation needed for approval

I have the full updated list of requirements for approval. However, there are still some issues tugging at my mind. I have been advised to recruit “agents” who will help me process the approval, must I do that ? Cant I send my people to the government offices responsible for issuing the approvals, get my assessments, rates, taxes etc, pay them, follow up till the approval comes out ?

Can anyone here give kindly give me a step by step procedure of getting the drawings approved, starting with the first office I have to take the drawings to.

Thanks

We are currently dredging for sand stock piling along the LASU/Agbara corridor. We have capacity to stockpile over 5,000 cubic metres sharp sand (coarse aggregate) at any point in time.
This is therefore calling all sand suppliers, companies that buy in bulk via purchase orders, real estate developers in the LASU, Agbara, Iyana Isasi, Iyana Oba axis to get in touch

David Moyes is my coach of the season.

The inability of West Ham to make the top four was his undoing, if not he was the Coach of the season all day everyday

Open grazing is out dated and retrogressive

Ranching is the way to go.

Quite unfortunate that the Nigeria Police Force has lost her respect amongst the populace

Not quite true.
Not all Nigerians are criminals that can do that to a uniformed officer doing his work

What did the traffic officer do wrong ?

Let's not attempt to justify evil and criminality cos doing that will consume everybody in a short time and there will be police to call upon for help

According to my understanding of that celebration, the message I think he was trying to pass across is "my blood dey hot", he was beating his vein, not necessarily skin colour

I like your interpretation, and honestly I wish it was what he was saying, but on the contrary the precedence set by Samuel Eto'O Fils is what history watchers will refer to, but hey thank God for the international break. We have boat cruises, Onuachu goal and qualifying with two games to spare as major talking points, so lets enjoy the game

Correct rugged man that is not an agent of satan and the dark state.

For your information, this man was president for 4 years and he never fell on the stairs of Airforce 1, add that to the decades he has been climbing the stairs of his own mega jumbo jet, Trump Force 1 and he never fell down like the wobbling and fumbling Biden, mark my word, before the end of 2024, Biden will be declared incapacitated and unfit to carry on as president...........

Anyway Trump please provide another platform so we can dump the meddlesome facebook, also Elon Musk will drive the growth of Signal to rival twitter. Monopoly na bastard

That is a bull shark. Can be identified by their short-flat mouths, gray top and white underbelly.

They have always been in Nigerian (African) waters and are more likely to hunt in shallow waters- making them encounter humans more. However, they have accounted for fewer fatalities in comparison to the great white (the shark in Jaws).

Pound for pound they have the greatest bite force. So it is a deadly combination if they encounter you, abi you encounter them.

I don’t know its economic value, it doesn’t even matter, because I am sure it has been butchered and eaten.

There you have the economic value,,,,as far as Naija is concerned. Welcome to the land being run aground by Buhari
