How can you call yourself a man and you cannot vocalize to your girlfriend what is annoying you? You didn't talk things over with her to understand why she refunded you the money, or to express your displeasure.
Instead it's to rush to Nairaland to ask a bunch of strangers their opinion about a relationship they aren't inside? |

When landlords tell you about tenants that have frustrated them, you will shock. Many tenants move in and flatly refuse to pay. |

Seller dey speak grammar cos him don receive full payment. Say na escrow hold money now, it'd have been a breeze.
Poor OP is still trying to be civil with you.
Customer satisfaction no dey dictionary of some sellers here. Once they receive money, tone changes. You hope on grace of God to get your item. They just want you to send confirmation that you've received the item so they can screenshot it and use to woo unfortunate customers.
The more time you waste, the more it affects the image of your business. As I don note your name now, even if you have the sweetest deal, I'll pass. Accept full responsibility, refund the op his complete 374k, count your loss and move on.
OP you don't need to worry. Should the need arise, involve the police asap. Hit the nail on the head. As someone said, OP should have taken his army or police contacts to the seller's place to force him to cough out the phone. Good thing it's been resolved. Shame it took an 11 page thread and a lot of intervention before the seller wised up and did the right thing. |

Why won’t it continue, when this is an insincere effort from the state government?
Is the aim truly to stop one way driving? Or just to make more revenue from fines and punishment?
Have we determined that all One-way roads are properly marked? Has the government done enough to sensitize the public when existing roads are converted to one-way roads? Are signs in plain sight? Have we started punishing Lastma officials that deliberately funnel people into driving one way so their colleagues in front can seize them? Has the lagos state Government reached out to Google to ensure Google maps properly captures new One way roads? Or roads where their designation has been recently changed?
Check well, you’ll find that most of these things haven’t been done. And hapless drivers keep falling into these ‘traps’ everyday. |

AdolfAboki: They're regulating it to prevent what they consider a troubling menace peculiar to their society.
Here in Nigeria, fake news and hate speech are the most troubling menaces, followed by banditry/ Terrorism/Militancy like IPOB, Boko Haram, Niger Delta Militants, etc.
Nobody is regulating free speech. That's another fake news and propaganda. Ironical, right? But the vast majority of fake news and hate speech comes from the Government or allies of the Government. Miyetti Allah and that Prof Ishaq fellow have posted more fake news and hateful, divisive nonsense than anyone else. But they are sacred cows in Nigeria. Meanwhile if 50 people are kidnapped and you mistakenly report that 55 people were kidnapped, Lai Mohammed wants to eat you raw. ImadeUReadThis: She ain't going no where
More worse for Biden Negroes as Trump team file out evidence of voter fraud to electoral college
Read and weep
1. Late on election night, with Trump comfortably ahead, many swing states stopped counting ballots. In most cases, observers were removed from the counting facilities. Counting generally continued without the observers
2. Statistically abnormal vote counts were the new normal when counting resumed. They were unusually large in size (hundreds of thousands) and had an unusually high (90 percent and above) Biden-to-Trump ratio
3. Late arriving ballots were counted. In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots have impossible postal return dates and another 86,000 have such extraordinary return dates they raise serious questions
4. The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots. The destruction of mail in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures
5. Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates despite the massive expansion of mail voting. Such is Biden’s narrow margin that, as political analyst Robert Barnes observes, ‘If the states simply imposed the same absentee ballot rejection rate as recent cycles, then Trump wins the election’
6. Missing votes. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing
7. Non-resident voters. Matt Braynard’s Voter Integrity Project estimates that 20,312 people who no longer met residency requirements cast ballots in Georgia. Biden’s margin is 12,670 votes
8. Serious ‘chain of custody’ breakdowns. Invalid residential addresses. Record numbers of dead people voting. Ballots in pristine condition without creases, that is, they had not been mailed in envelopes as required by law
9. Statistical anomalies. In Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89 percent of the votes counted. For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95 percent margin in every single batch. It is particularly perplexing that all statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were in Biden’s favor. Clearly something peculiar happened. I read it and wept. For you. |

This is one of the only reasonable things this administration has ever done. The automobile policy put in place by GEJ had the utterly daft increase in import duties, which didn’t make sense as our local production Capacity was nowhere near demand. All it did was to make it extremely expensive to get a vehicle. Local capacity never increased significantly.
I was disappointed when the Buhari admin continued the policy. Happy that they’ve come to their senses now. |
