Another slaughter looms.

Most churches have worrisomely deviated from the sacrosanct duty Christ tasked the church with which is winning souls for Christ.It is apparent that most churches are business-oriented with a primary aim of making money by exploiting the pitiable gullibility and docility of the congregation.The flamboyant lifestyle many pastors lead which contrast starkly with the average or indigent standard of living of their congregation is an indisputable pointer to that fact.
Entertainment is now becoming commonplace in most churches with the sole objective of increasing size of the church congregation which translate to more profit that majorly benefit the so called men of God.How many churches today do they preach salvation?
The common sight you will witness today is the pastor harp on prosperity like it is the most important precondition to make heaven all in a bid to please their congregation by telling them what they want to hear.The result is the watered down Christian doctrines incessantly taught in most churches to serve the aforementioned purpose of pleasing the congregation.
It is seriously appalling.

The result is a foregone conclusion.Argentina from the outset stood no chance Brazil judging by how shambolic and disjointed the Argentine team is.I really feel pity for Messi.There is no gainsaying the fact that he did his best but his unreliable teammates were not in synchrony with him.His woes with his national team continues which put him in a quandary between going into retirement or remaining in an unharmonious team characterized by paucity of cohesion and collective play.
As far as I'm concerned,both options are unfavourable to him.If messi retires without winning any trophy with national team,that is indirectly makes his arch-rival the G.O.A.T of all time.Conversely,if he should remain in this present unproductive Argentine team,I don't envisage his winning any major trophy neither regardless of who is at the helm of affairs as the coach because the problem buffeting this Argentine team is deep-seated.There is a clamorous need for total overhaul of the Argentine team which will take an appreciable amount of time to effect.
Probably,messi would be ruing why he did not opt to play for Spain when he had the chance to.

I agree with her.In Nigeria,few specific career paths are prospective inclusive of medicine,law,engineering and maybe computer science.Graduates of other courses do not usually stand a good chance of getting a good and profitable job in their line of profession which is totally unconscionable.That is why most parents are bent on coercing their children to pursue either Medicine,law or engineering as a career path even when they are aware that their wards are not capable mentally.
Like simi said,our educational system do not cater to the diversity of mind.That is the reason scientifically oriented persons do not thrive well unless they get the opportunity of travelling to foreign countries where the environment is conducive enough to allow them flourish.At the end of the day when these persons put their scientific mind to productive use in foreign countries and make it big,Nigerians would be quick to claim them as their own without contributing anything to their success.
This is really a exigent need to revamp our educational system and make it more practical-oriented not just solely predicated on theories.If not,universities will continue to churn out graduates that are not well equipped for the very competitive labour market.
