Legally speaking ,the deputy governor designate should be sworn in immediately.I dont see any reasons why he shouldn't be sworn in.The constitution empowers the House of Assembly to impeach the governor or deputy.The constitution does not state there must be a particular reason for impeachment.The panel report does not stop the House of Assembly from carrying out its constitutional duty.Even if the deputy governor did nothing wrong ,it doesn't remove the constitutional backing that the House of Assembly has to impeach him.Legally speaking ,the House of Assembly has done nothing wrong and there should be no problem swearing in the deputy governor designate.
