I think you should go to those people who sell Chemicals for cleaning tiles. You would get a wide range of products, also know their prices and as well see the different sizes. I haven't used them to clean a big space like that. I remember I used one to clean my apartment when I moved in. Just a one-bedroom. So, I don't know if it will be sufficient enough for a three-bedroom apartment.
