I gave him the powerbank, when the bank staff was attending to me; the old man left the banking with my powerbank.
I quickly remember and raised alarm. His form was later sort out and his phone number was called. He picked and said he won't bring the powerbank. He ended up blocking the staff number. I requested they give me his number so i can trace him. They refuse and said it's against their policy.
