They have bought up almost 30 % of the estate I live in ,in less than 10 years.

They pull down Massive duplexes that have been there for decades and build block of flats that are almost touching each other.

You're now more likely to see Chinese,then Indians strolling on.sunday evenings or walking weekday mornings, than Nigerians. They have driven up the price of properties. Its scary.
