I hope you have not reduced the meaning of the scripture to bread and butter.. Every bread and butter Christian ends up disappointed... Lord many seek thee and he said to the disciple,, those one are after bread and butter... No bread today and many left disappointed.

Feed my sheep with the word.. Take care of them via the word.... It is the word that empowers our spirit for exploit.. The entrance of the word is what gives light.. If a preacher is not espousing the mystery of the kingdom he doesn't love his congregation..

For to us Christians it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom and to them without it is just parable. The eyes of them have been blinded lest they receive the word and be free... If a preacher doesn't motivate to go after the word on your own he doesn't love you or he is not actually called.

The deep things belongs to God but the revealed ones belongs to us... When a man of God help reveals the deep things he. Loves you more than any one giving you food and money and flashing them on TV

I think this issue of building a state owned seaport is as a result of bitter controversy in the senate over the inability to appropriate money for the dredging of the calabar river to accommodate bigger vessels.
This matter has been dividing the senate whenever this matter comes up for discussion right from Obasanjos era.
The calabar seaport is a federal government facility and has been lying idle for long as a result of bureaucratic bottlenecks and corruption.
I think it will be good to establish the seaport for the development of the state.

State can't own seaports.. They can only construct and get the federal government to take over it.
If they can't resolve the issue of dredging the existing port it means the facility will goto waste.

You should realize that God did not promise his servants "wealth" (1tim. 6:8-10) but rather admonishes them to seek his kingdom first and he will sustain us(Matt. 6: 33).

So basically, for us to be close to God, we need to:

1. Study the Bible
2. Be obedient to what the Bible says
3. Talk to him in prayer

Praise be the Lord who delightes in the prosperity of his people.. And through prosperity shall the the gospel be spread abroad.. . He died so we can reign as king... Dominion.. And priest... . Servants of the most high... here on the earth.
