I did a trip from Houston to Oklahoma city in 2017 late December.


I started at around 55*f at Houston and for every hour I drove upwards, I lost 3 to 4*.
When I got to Dallas I was below 40.
I arrived Ok City a little below 30 and with light hail.


When I left, I said - Never Again!


I was at San Diego in September, excellent weather and beautiful city!
Next summer, I must repeat that trip! Only about $120 for a return flight.

The funny thing is the single ladies with children that are making advances....imagine...The vast majority of them are in search of true love.. But the thing is immigrants have empowered them..paying them for marriage in order to get green card.. The decent ones are quick to spot a nice guy regardless.. A lady who happens to be a general manager at a place I go to sometimes, mentioned her single life to my hearing, and came to where I was to make sure I heard her.....and later told me one day that I am a nice guy...I said nothing... Another day, she went on to tell me that if I look intently at her, she becomes scared... We all have choices...If your true love is a single lady with kids, good for you... To folks out there, just stay focused..In America, most of the big guns are the very educated ones...Imagine some being paid over 71 dollars per hour...

Lol...the desire to have papers or green card can make a sincere guy fall in love..it is the motivation for guys outta here.. Falling in love is the best route, but they are not easy to come by.. These girls are super smart even the very good ones. They are quick to discern the secret motive behind " I Love you". So for you to make a decent girl fall for you here, you must be at the top of your game, very smart in what you do, with a prospective future.. If not, all they will read behind your profession of love is the green card.. NEVER mention your place of origin on your first meeting...word of advice..

One thing you should know is that nobody owe anyone here a quick answer. Nobody is paid to do this.. Rather people do this out of sheer love for one another. Unless you plan to help cover bills you will incur during your "very short" stay and food, you are better off getting a hotel or air bnb. This is why i always emphasize that folks plan well in advance.

@twoods, thank you for your message... Of course yes, I hope to cover my bills for the short stay.. Some things happen so sudden that you can't even make quick plans... It happened in my case.. At this time last month, I never knew that I will be going to the US... My mind was set on France... I am sure that I will be fine..

How long did it take to receive your ticket.. I just booked, paid and I received an invoice number, together with an email saying thanks for booking with student universe..and thank you for your order.. Am I on the right track.... This is m first with student universe. Thanks.

Don't kid yourself with student universe and all the other apps. They were really messed up for me with high rates.
I used Wakanow and I got an awesome price of 488k direct to Chicago.
Student universe and Skyscanner was so annoying.

You shouldn't be concerned about your change of marital status.. What you should be concerned is if nothing has changed from your previous application.. Your school, funding, credibility etc. The embassy care less about your marital status, whether single or married as far as F1 visa is concerned.. Once they can ascertain your credibility as a student, your visa will never be denied, and many factors are used to check this.. By the way, stating your present status honestly, if legit is an honest path.. You know what to do.. Good luck!

Fill the new ds160, copy the confirmation number and update it on your profile, then print new appointment confirmation letter.

I don't think he can print new appointment letter even though he updates with the new ds160 code. As far as he updates, and notify them at the first check during interview, he will be fine. For me, I was just fortunate to reschedule to a near date. It was as if the date came up because of me lol. So the moment I rescheduled, the new ds160 code automatically came out with my appointment letter since I had updated it on my appointment page.
