AIT professionalism has lost it value long ago. Where were they when FAYOSE invaded the courtroom prior he became the gov? Where were they when ex-Rivers CP blocked the govt house road against gov Amaechi? these two scenes happened under GEJ. Let him gotta hell with his crocodile cry.
As in AIT should be omnipresent. They should be every where covering every event. This is evident that I am thinking differently.

Christianity Etc › Your Words Carry Power! by thesolutions(op): 12:55pm On Jul 10, 2018
Where the word of a king is, there is power…
Ecclesiastes 8:4

YOUR WORDS CARRY POWER!

In Bible times, a king’s word carried tremendous power. What he decreed would come to pass. It would be done. For example, if he said, “Raise the taxes,” the taxes would be raised.

Do you know that we are kings? The Bible tells us that Jesus has washed us from our sins with His blood and made us kings. (Revelation 1:5–6) And as kings in Christ, our words carry power too.

When we place our hands on a sick person and say, “Be healed,” the person is healed. When we lay hands on our children and say, “Be blessed,” our children are blessed. There is power in our words because they are the words of kings!

When I was a young Christian in my teens, I wanted to practice what I had learnt about the power of my words. There was this particular plant near my home and whenever I passed by it, I would say to it, “Be cursed in Jesus’ name!”

Many days passed. And I will never forget the day when I noticed that the leaves of the plant had turned brown! You may want to try this at home with your potted plants, but bless them instead!

Since our words carry power, can you imagine the harm we do when we say to our loved ones things like, “You are always so careless”, “You are good for nothing” or “You are so stupid”? We are cursing them!

The devil is happy when you use the power of your words against yourself and your loved ones. He wants to see you defeated. So instead of saying, “I am always short of money,” say, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1) Instead of saying, “I am so useless. I can’t do anything,” start saying, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

Beloved, remember that as a king, what you say will come to pass because where the word of a king is, there is power. So learn to say what God says about you in His Word and see His promises come to pass in your life!

Thank you very much sir/ma for the clarification. But come to think of it, don't you think there should be a better way to handle this since as humans, people more often than not tend to move? This is to avoid unnecessary waste of money.
There's a better and easy way. The problem is that Nigerian Government so much focus on revenue which has led to different agencies defrauding the government to generate revenue for them.

You have to go to get national ID card from National Population Commission, Certificate of Origin from your Local Government, Birthday Certificate from Primary Health Center, Drives licence from FRSC, Voter Card from INEC and so on. And all these cards/certificate contains almost the same information.

The worst of it is that these agencies depends on foreigners to provide platform for these cards.

This is Nigeria. Until we have a vision that is not built by political promises, we might still not get it right.

The way Forward for me is to break free from this false capitalist state we think we are in and start building infrastructures of national interest.

Why do they have to print yet another PVC in step 5 when all they need do is move the applicant's voting details to the new polling unit? smh.
Your. PVC has the number tag of your polling unit. You would need a new PVC with the number tag of your new polling unit. It is for manual accreditation and avoiding confusion on names not reflecting on the accreditation list.

At 58 years old we don't have a central database tongue This is poor and embarrassing.
One but the greatest of our problems. The problem is that the government are not visionary. The give in to scammers who suggests anything that captivates not knowing the people are feeding from their ignorance. Like MasterCard branded ATM/ID CARD.such a waste of money. Goodluck failed there.
Politics › Guide For Transfer Of Registered Voters To New Polling Unit (NEW Location) by thesolutions(op):
You may have your PVC but if you are not at the location you registered, you may end up not voting come 2019 election after all the noise about getting your PVC ready.

This is a guide to help you transfer/migrate your PVC from your old polling unit to the one closest to you in your new locality.

Start making the move now because it takes 60 days for a successful migration to take place. Don't procrastinate please. no time.

GUIDE FOR TRANSFER OF REGISTERED VOTERS

INTRODUCTION:

Every Nigerian has the right to live in any part of the country. An important part of voter registration is that an eligible person is advised to register at the centre nearest to his or her residence. This is to make it easy for the voter to access the polling unit and vote on Election Day.

Eligibility for Transfer:

A person who has relocated to another place, outside the unit in which he/she registered cannot vote in his/her new location unless he/she transfers his/her registration.

Procedure for Transfer:

Step 1:

The person who intends to transfer his/her registration will apply to INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner of the state where he/she is currently residing through his/her Electoral Officer (EO).

Note:

The application should contain the current address and phone number of the applicant as these will assist in allocating the polling unit nearest to him/her as well as for contact purposes respectively.

Step 2:

The applicant shall attach a photocopy of his/her Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) to the application and submit at the nearest registration centre nearest to him/her.

NOTE:

The applicant must apply to the Resident Electoral Commissioner in good time, well before 60 days to the election. No transfer can be entertained or granted less than 60 days to election.

Step 3:

If satisfied that the applicant is currently resident in the area, the Resident Electoral Commissioner shall approve the application and direct that the applicant’s details be transferred to his/her new location.

Note:

The Commission may require evidence such as Utility Bill for confirmation of your residency.

Step 4:

The applicant will be assigned to the nearest polling unit to his/her new residences.

Note:

The applicant’s registration and particulars will then be deleted from the register of voters in the previous location

Step 5:

The applicant would be issued with a new Permanent Voter’s Card at the registration centre where he/she submitted his/her application or at any other designated centre by the Commission and the previous one will be retrieved.

Note:

When the PVCs are ready, the Commission will make a public announcement to that effect for collection. The applicant should pick up the new PVC in person as collection by proxy is not allowed.

Why did you cross out the phrase "are wont" ? If you don't have good knowledge of the use of English, it's better you just pass. That phrase is grammaticality correct and sound.

As for the topic of discuss, no need to dignify the writer with a response. We all know the presidency is .....,.....
Those who are wont to do so should have change of hearts, or lose their very humanity.”

It my first time seeing the word wont. My phone dictionary changes the word to won't which means its not a regular word or a new word. I'm glad you pointed that out.

Back to the issue, Buhari still need more death to equate that of GEJ reason why he should be given second chance if the death toll fail to increase.

People see revelation and use it to prophesy. That is the problem of most acclaimed Nigerian prophets.

Revelation reveals the intent of a man. It can easily be changed by altering ones thought and action.

Prophecy has no interference. Every action and inaction will always lead to fulfilment of a prophecy.
