roland2rule:If you have such amount just go for a Nokia device or Samsung. Nokia 6 or Samsung J7. |

Funny how I see people masturbating to the "Facial ID" thing as if it's a new thang. It has always been in Android phones since Lollipop 5.0. All Tecno and other OEMs did was to dedicate an app to it. I use it everytime on my Nokia 2. |

Joylove2324: Okay who put him in jail? And from every indication Abacha came into power because he promised to hand over Power to a civilian government. 1 Like |

gurnam: He's only playing on the failure of PDP. It's a clear political move. Nothing in politics is done without personal interest. This act would endear him to the people of the SW who would remember him for honouring their son. It's very obvious. The man may be illiterate but he's very cunning. 1 Like |

clevvermind: Obviously you can't notice the cynicism in Fayose's tweet. Those who you call Wailers are very intelligent persons. And Nigeria can never ever ever grow if we feel it's best to insult one tribe over the other. Mynd44 Rule 2. |

Fayose is a very smart chap. He didn't spit on the commendation yet he didn't acknowledge the president for it. The man truly understands politics. 6 Likes |

PVC or no PVC Buhari is already assured of the SW vote because according to MURIC, "to whom much is given, much is expected". He has given them much with the conferment of a national honour on their son and recognition of June 12. The next thing for him to do is to recognise the fallen Heroes of the SE, and maybe recognise May 30. With that move he'd sweep the SE clean. The final step would be to look into the Ken Saro-Wiwa matter. With that move he'd get the vote of the South South for sure. Politics is not a game of merit but a game of power. 2 Likes 1 Share |

My contention is Mynd44 and the rest mods should stop pushing News about MURIC to FP. The group is an extremist one and it doesn't carry the views of most Muslims rather it only grows hatred and tension among non Muslims against the Islam religion. I am not Muslim but these days I've seen how the hatred for that religion has skyrocketed because of the activities of this MURIC. 4 Likes |

Belluchii: You sound extremely naive. Money has to be allocated before it is siphoned and there is always a legit and genuine course for allocating such sum. How can you say Buhari is not a money freak? Because he doesn't rock Italian shoes? All the past sum that has been allocated to the clinic yet the man still flies abroad. But sure he has integrity. 4 Likes 1 Share |

darfay: ![]() This is my fear exactly. You won't mind being hungry and unemployed and living in constant insecurity as long as June 12, a day that has no direct or indirect impact to your life, is Democracy Day. 3 Likes |

BeingFrank: I don't see how I am. We are overly sentimental us Black people. Only a few of us have actually distinguished ourselves in the past as forces to reckon with. |

Just maybe if you were White you'd be racist too. There are some things the black man does and you begin to wonder. |

Say what you may about Buhari. He may not be literate enough but the man sure is smart. He knows deep within that his works alone can't guarantee him a second term. All he had to do was focus on something controversial, something symbolic, something to guarantee him the vote of a certain tribe. The result is the making of June 12 Democracy Day and the conferment on the late MKO Abiola the title of GCFR, even though that move has been deemed as illegal. The MKO/June 12 matter has been a serious issue to the people of the South West. How that day goes by with little or no commemoration knowing very well that their son won an election that was annulled is something that's been given many of them sleepless nights for years. When Nigeria entered Civilian rule in 1999, many Southwesterners thought the then President, Olusegun Obasanjo, would do something as regards the June 12/MKO matter, even if it's naming the day after him and stuff. But 8years went by and he did nothing. Obviously this was some form of betrayal. And till today some people of SW still resent Obasanjo for not taking any action as regards the June12 matter. The next government that came in didn't do much. Although the Goodluck Jonathan, who succeeded Umaru Yar'adua as president after the latter's death tried renaming a Federal University in one of the SW states after MKO, but that move was heavily criticised, surprisingly by the SWers themselves. In recent times there has been serious criticism of this present administration performing below par. Indeed the president is only loved in the North, and if care is not taken, he may kiss dreams of a second term goodbye. But that was until... Even though most SWers argue that Buhari making June 12 Democracy Day and honouring MKO and another of their son, the illustrious Gani Fawenhimi, still doesn't change their mind about him in regards to him performance so far, it is quite obvious that Buhari has made a move that would endear the people of SW to him, and ultimately make them support his 2019 ambition. Now, all he needs do is grant some concessions to my South Eastern brothers, even if it's making May 30 a day or remembrance for "the falling Heroes" and he's sure to sweep the SE clean. After that he'd do something about the Ken Saro-Wiwa matter and win the South South too. Who said Buhari wasn't smart? Lalasticlala Mynd44 please. |

Aroyehunkayode: Nigerians didn't really have much of a choice. There was no guarantee that he'd have performed excellently if he'd assumed Power. He was only rich and influential. Especially here in the SW. We should stop sucking his dick too hard for once. What is symbolic about that day? An election was annulled, so!? |

Doyin2: What is the right thing he did please? |
![]() |
Doyin2: June 12 is only about Abiola and the South West. I see no reason why the date should be revered. An election was annulled, and so what? |
