APC is a subsidiary of PDP 2...."This is the zone that encouraged me to start the National Dialogue that I held"-President Jonathan 3...."We have spent over 10 billion intervening in tertiary education in Oyo state alone"-President Jonathan Yet he hid the report to use as 2nd term bargaining chip right? at least he was truthful enough to acknowledge that SW is in the forefront of agitation for a national dialogue...a true one i mean. |

pendy79: You could view it from pix posted online already, the rally was held on a street road, they only blocked the road to allow space for the rally.
You will see people peeping and watching from their balcony and windows and tis is supposed to be a presidential rally for a sitting president . hmmm.....interesting |

pendy79: Watching the presidential rally of the PDP in Ibadan and it is so funny that a rally having the President of the country in Attendance could only find a street corner worthy of hosting their rally.
Despite hosting it on the street they still couldn't find enough crowd to fill the space available.
What happened to THE LIBERATION STADIUM or the Lekan Salami stadium or even the Mapo Hall ? They could not muster enough people hence resorted to a street square.
Pity they are are not seeing the flogging they will receive in the SW next month. bros are u serious i don't have access to TV now so i'm not watching it |

Politics › Re: FG May Dump Ribadu Report On Oil Industry. by theV0ice: 10:37am On Jan 12, 2015 |
Gbawe: Opari my brother !!! This is why I laugh when some try to sell so-called !achievements" of the ultra-corrupt GEJ government so that the messiah they worship out of ethno-religious bias can gain another 4 years to further destroy Nigeria with. Ribadu's recommendations were simple enough and all within the powers of GEJ to implement without delay.
For example, Ribadu demanded that Nigeria, as the only major exporter of crude doing so, must stop selling our crude oil through traders as this theft against Nigeria and aided corrupt practices robbing the nation of income. GEJ simply pretended he did not see this recommendation. Sensible Nigerians know that this is because our President is a complicit part of the theft and fraud going on in the oil sector.
This is precisely what Buhari, a sincere man, meant when he said his government will stabilize the oil market/sector only for clannish mischief-makers and enemies of progress to hijack and warp the utterances of the General for their own unpatriotic purposes. This is an example of GEJ showing he is a part of the reason why Nigeria's biggest problem continue unresolved whereas Nigeria only needs and has always needed a President who will rise against anything/anyone helping to aid the biggest problems facing our nation for their own selfish benefits. Nigerians vote wisely and vote the only option that will guarantee your children have a bright future. In Febuhai, vote Buhari for sincere and pro-people leadership and reject GEJ who, as one example out of many, the dumping of the Ribadu report shows conclusively is only ruling for the private jet oligarchs, militants, AGIPs ("any government in power" ) and all the corrupt elements who continue to impede the progress of Nigeria. the question is why did he constitute a committee to probe, spend tax payers money on them and their work, set up another committee to look at the report when all along he knew he wasn't going to implement it? yet some will be angry when you call him clueless |

Igbos will not vote Buhari. Really?? Ekwueme or Shagari or Umaru Diko said that or you saw it in NPN constitution? You're right anyway that most Igbos won't vote Buhari just like most hausas won't vote jonathan |

macof: Building national sectors and such a sensitive one like military and defence is a long term project...what did those heads of state of the 80s and 90s do to develop the military in case of crises like we have now? what weapons were we producing? what weapons did we buy?
What blame GEJ like he destroyed the system, he met it at a woeful state
oh!,pls military campaign to Liberia, like the campaign to Mali 2yrs ago? How does that prove Nigeria had a strong military in the 90s? What weapons were we using? Sending men to stand, watch and flex their little equipments isn't what am talking about how far do you want us to go to find who to blame for gej's lack of weapons of today? 1960s? 1970s? 1980s? jonathan became VP in 2007. is it too much to expect he and yarádua held meetings with the top army leaders to find out what deficiencies they had? or do we blame buhari for that failure as well? PDP has been in power 16 unbroken years. how much time do you need to plan? or we should blame buhari for that too? i don't know how old you are but to sneer at the military efforts of that era shows how uninformed you are. abacha's army single handedly ended the civil war in sierra leone and installed a new president(Ahmed Tejan Kabah i think). that is not an army to sneer at. you'll look silly doing so. also if you think the weapons of that time were unworthy of a strong army, why blame the past leaders who didn't saddle gej with obsolete hardware? gej should buy the weapons fit for today's wars and stop blaming everybody for his own failings. the weapons of that era did the job they were meant to do and the whole world acknowledged it. if gej's army failed in mali 2 years ago, it shows how low our army has truly fallen |

macof: The major thing plaguing Nigeria is insurgency...this still is a factor because The army lacks equipments Buhari failed to develop and saw to ruin in 80s, now GEJ is building and morons want to call buhari a Messiah What has buhari achieved pls tell us? and you think the guns " buhari didn't buy in 1984 is the reason for jonathan's security failures of 2014"? what kind of weapons bought in 1984 can stand the efficiency of the modern weapons boko haram use today? do you know how silly this thought is when you remember that the nigerian army carried out successful military campaigns in liberia and sierraleone in the 1990s. what weapons did the army use in those mega campaigns? |
