Any time sis, and by the way you need to look into modeling, you have the hight, shoulders, neck, and face to be a successful model.
I got the opportunity to do so a few times but it ain't really my thing. . . undecided

@Amaka and Symbian,

Thank you.  smiley

@Moonraker
Yup Malaysia?  huh

@Snowdrops.

Bangladesh better than Nigeria?   shocked

I bet it you haven't been to Asia before. . .or haven't really seen a large group of Bangladshis before. . .because if you did you wouldn't even say what your saying.

80% of the Bangladesh population are poor, most of them come into the country illegally and take on menial jobs here like cleaners, maids, and labourers just to survive.

Yes they might have some good infrastructures and all that but 80% of their population still live below the required standard of living.

Then you ain't in love. . .Most of you peeps do not understand the difference between being in love and being infatuated. . .

When you love someone with all your heart then your heart becomes fully occupied. . .meaning no room/thought is left empty to cheat or even consider hurting the other person. . .

TravelRe: Malaysia Visa by ThoniaSlim(f): 7:44am On Aug 20, 2009
@Gabry

I know you are Malaysian but I think you've been highly prejudiced with your assessment. . .

@topic

I live in Kuala Lumpur, I study  and also work ere with a friend's Intl Company.  . .

I've been here for three years and so far so good I haven't really had any racists problems. . .though I know friends who have experienced problems. . .

Now let me tell you about Malaysia from a foreigner's point of view.  . .

Malaysia's a very beautiful country, good for tourism and studying because there are a lot of foreign universities(UK, Canada, Australia, America) who affiliate their programs with local universities and colleges here. . .so basically you can get a UK degree or any other foreign degree from respectable schools at a cheaper price here. . .though sometimes it might not be the case(like my school) because you pay the same amount as the counterparts in the various countries the university is located at. . .

Yes there are racists in Malaysia but this depends on your location. . .like if you live in the most developed areas in Malaysia like Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Cyber Jaya chances are you are less likely to face racists. . .because these are urban areas and the people here are educated and more civil to each other.

They say money can get you far. . .that's very true in Malaysia, if your fortunate to have money to throw around then Malaysia's the place to be. . .you would love and enjoy it because there's so much to do if you have the money in your pocket. (especially if you love shopping)  wink

For finding greener pastures I won't encourage you to come here if your looking for a job because they don't give students job ere(Its stated in your student visa that you are not allowed to work). . . so basically you need to have a good sponsor willing to pay for everything. . .

Though you can work as an intern but I don't think you would be paid well. . .and most times these companies only give you the jobs if they know its academically related. . .sometimes they even want you to work for free. . . I was lucky to get a well paid internship job with a good company here because I know the CEO. . .but most times a lot of students aren't so luck. . .So the chances of getting a good job as a student is really slim. . .

Even after graduation still doesn't guarantee a good job. . .except you know someone and someone knows you. . .

So Malaysia's like a place to get the seed and after that you proceed to the farm  wink

RomanceRe: Please Help, I Am So Confused Now by ThoniaSlim(f): 4:11pm On Aug 16, 2009
TheSeeker:
Makes no sense. What if you have a problem with your boyfriend and he tells you to apologize to his mom, would you do it in the name of "love"? There's a fine line between love and stupidity. Just how will he start to tender his apology to her mom? What will he be saying to her?
That's a purposeful disrespect and insult on the guy's person in retaliation of what he did to her; howbeit, it has to be made clear that some guys behave like sissies but that doesn't mean a partner should make the error of another a point of advantage to make stupid requests.

If she decides she wants to leave the relationship because of his refusal to apologize to his mom then she's no different from the guy either.
lol. . . grin. . .Now that would have to be plain stupid of me. . .Well I get where your coming from. . .but he seems so desperate to get her back. . .simply why I said he should do it. . .
thonia in life, there is a limited time a woman can wait for a man, people should stop deceiving themselves with what if he strikes it, i get your point, but will you encourage a woman to wait for a man for 20 yrs all in the name of love, aspiring to be successful does not make one successful, dont we all aspire to be successful?
I'm not encouraging her to wait around for that long. . .All am saying is she shouldn't just make a rash decision today just because his broke. . .especially if he's tryin his best. . .

But if he's some lazy ass dude. . .and feasting on her like a parasite. . .then I would encourage her to dump him fast!

Yes we all aspire to be successful. . .but what matters is the efforts we each apply in our pursuit for success.

when a woman is getting old, there is nothing like taking chances, if the guy cant get his sorry ass out to get a job, then thats the end

even if he strikes it big at 45, he will still get a woman that will marry him, a younger one for that matter, how old will she be then 40 facing menopause and still hoping for a miracle like it was with sarah in the bible

no way
]

The reason I said if he's got prospectives and aspires to be successful. . .I understand where your coming from. . .but would that be a good reason enough to jump into another relationship/marriage with some guy just because the other guy is rich?

Sometimes The other guy might be richer. . .but it isn't always greener at the other end. . .
