Sashafm: I try not to ask because, I don't want to look like the rich girl that is materialistic. Although from what I do observe I don't think it's that much according to my own expectations Well everyone has to start from somewhere. The money you have, you didn't work for it,your parents did. If he is a guy willing to try new things and is open to your ideas, then you should give him that support. If he is not complacent then don't despise his little beginning. |

babyosisi: I feel the same too.An older youthcorper without plans is worrisome .i don't care how much of a good guy he is Initially,I thought it was his financial status that bothered her but for a guy who is much older than her as a corper and is just satisfied with marketing promotions is not good enough(I want to believe it is not just selling products of companies on the streets). I agree he is not motivated enough. |

Sashafm: We are both corpers but he' s quite older and more matured than I am. But he can't really say what his short or long time goals are and what he plans to do after service. whereas I have goals and aspirations. Have you discussed this at length with him?I feel as a corper, your plans after service should start to become clear to you. You said you've never had a steady relationship. Was it a problem with the men you dated or a question of your choices? |

keppyy: A question for the married women..
Do you still admire men apart from your husbands?
What will you advice a girl that's not a virgin but does not want to "test drive" on how to keep a Relationship?
Sometimes, I feel like lying that I'm a virgin niiiii... You're not a virgin and you will tell the truth to every guy that you intend dating. There is nothing wrong with choosing to abstain from pre-marital sex even if you are no longer one. However, you will have challenges about that with a lot of guys. However, you don't want a lot of guys but that special guy. There are still guys(brothers)who will date without premarital sex.Herzumpter just said so about her fiance. Married people still admire other people apart from their spouses.Having affairs with such people is what is a taboo. |

keppyy: Hehehehehe...
I'm talking sexually here and not relationship....
It's been 2years since I said no to pre-marital sex...
Before then, I do admire men...As in, when you walk by and you see a wonderful specie of God's creation, your thoughts go wild but now I don't notice them anymore...
It's not about me having sex, it's about just admiring them...
My last relationship was cool.
I hope you understand... Keppyy,if you had it then, then it's still there. You just let it go latent(as long as you haven't grown to dislike men). If you decide to stick with your stance on pre-marital sex,you should still socialize with men.Don't worry, when the right man comes,he'll light you up again. |

Juzzybabe: Thorpido,am doing great except I got this funny boil like stuff on my chest that I bursted and it bled for 3days,I mean serious bleeding, just a small boil like o,and I just pinch it but the amount of blood I loss was unimaginable. I went to hospital I was given antibiotics n a balm. As at now I can't tell if it's drying up or getting bigger cuz each time I mistakenly scrub it while bathing, the blood would start gushing out. I just hope it heals up quickly. The antibiotics should take care of it.Try as much as possible not to scratch it.If you notice it is not getting better,go back to the hospital. |

I'm working in a hospital and it's really affecting me.
I think, too many sad news...It's clogging my brain..
And I think I've lost my mojo... I work in a hospital too.I understand how that environment can affect your psyche. You need to engage in activities outside of hospital work.Go to cinemas or recreational centers. You also need to know that thoughts will come but dwelling on the wrong thoughts is what the problem is.Instead consciously superimpose positive thoughts on those thoughts.Be ready and willing to let go of some things that are beyond your control. |

But I'll admit I've been thinking a lot.. Whatever it is that you have been thinking a lot about, you should get it off your chest. If it is something you can share here,do and people here will help you with it or you find someone you can talk too. A BP of 158/99 is not good for your age. |

You said your dad has some Yoruba friends. If you know any couple that are responsible, you could go talk to them about your situation and they can have some word with your dad. I also want you to talk to your fiance about the situation.
I hope you have done your homework concerning him and you are sure he meets up to that standard of a responsible guy.I wouldn't want you disappointed. You sound like a good girl. |

To Everybody, what will cause a girl of 22years old to have a blood pressure of (158/99), it was repeated for about 7times with different machines... Are u pregnant? Young people can have HBP too. There is the hereditary factor. You need to look at what may be causing yours now.Are you stressed?Did you recently suffer a loss or heartbreak? If you check your blood pressure again and it is still high,go to a hospital. |

lightoftruth: He was not going against any teaching rather he was doing what jesus christ thought his deciples in the bible . Jesus christ at a point in the bible ask his deciples to took to arms . He told them to sell their cloth and buy a sword . Mr. Research on it you will be amazed on your findings. This is a statement made in ignorance.Did you ever read from this same bible that Jesus taught in parables?Have u read the bible yourself to see his teaching were in stories and figurative expressions? If He encouraged the same use of swords, then why did He rebuke Peter who used a sword at the time He was arrested(Matthew 26:52)? |

Rilwayne001: @Pastorkun.
Why don't you first channel your energy to the confusion in xtianity? Remember most of your brother on this forum share different views on who jesus is, bible theology, bible and other things like that, and remember what jesus said:
Mattew 12:25 Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, "Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. Do you understand this scripture you quoted or just like many muslims just quote? Is not agreeing the same thing as divided against? |

I'm afraid terrorism founded on islamic fundamentalism won't end!How do I know? The bible says so.We are at the end of the ages and Jesus, further reiterated by Paul showed us how the world will be.Jesus said,....'they shall kill you and think that doeth it for God'.It means some people will fight(in their ignorance)for God.
The muslim says the quran has not changed, that it has remained the same all these years. We all know Muhammed fought wars and the message is that he was attacked and he fought back. There is no proof however that those wars were fought as defensive wars.It gives anyone the excuse to start a religious war(using Islamic scriptures) under the guise that he was provoked or attacked. Moreover, muslims boast that the quran has remained the same which means the principles are the same.
The world can be a more peaceful place if sincere muslims continue to mediate peace. If there is increase in the message of coexisting peacefully with other religions. That will go a long way.
We however know where true peace is.The peace that the world can offer is transient and not deep.
Jesus said,'as long as I am in the world,I am the LIGHT of the world. |

Men change , I've seen hardcore guys go 360 degrees , I hope her husband turns a new leaf before it is too late. I know but we all know there are times we all let our guards down especially in a marriage. It's true some guys make a 360 degrees turn around but there must be a willingness to change. It's important that irreparable damage is not done before then. |
