And I also don wanna get myself worried over what my doc said.From what I have been reading,the position the baby is doesn't seem he's trying to come down. the baby has not been felt disturbing my lower abdomen like it used to,dse past days i only feel it around my navel and his activities are kool like*mummy am doing my own stuffs over here am not troubling u* besides,I have not seen any odd discharge either. I just called my gynaecologist now to inform him and he said the what I don't even wanna hear.lol he said its premature contraction,he asked if I work hard I said no cuz I do nothing other than eat and sleep and exercise (walk) but he said I should stop all activities hence. Note: I spend my first 3months on bed rest due to spotting.

Premature contractions?Hmmm.Do you feel anything like cramping?

Thorpido,gudeveng sir, For the past 3 days when I sit down for like 15 mins in a stable position I would suddenly have a feelings at my lower waist/abdomen like everything in my belly has settle down my abdomen making my waist painfully heavy I won't be able to move until the pains subsides. Should I worry over this?

No,don't worry about it.You are in your 3rd trimester so it's the weight. Just bear it,it won't be long.Try and sit upright when you sit and don't sit on soft chairs.Also do a bit of exercise for your back and tell your hubby to give you some massage sometimes.

Is this your first pregnancy?

I was told by my doc that lying on my back is ok but each time I lie on my back,the baby would wake up and start kicking and I would start to feel it is not comfortable with the position couple with my left side issue, am now left with only my right side to lie on. But I do feel afraid sometyms I feel the frequent use of the right side might harm the baby. please does it affect the baby in anyway?

No,it doesn't.It will only put pressure on your liver if you are always lying on that side.Just try and alternate positions as much as the body allows.Use the back seldomly.

No,don't lie face up.Start lying on your sides(especially the left).Lying face up will make the baby press on your major blood vessels and that could shunt blood.When you get up you might feel faint.

Your tummy at 24weeks should start showing but it depends on the kind of body you have.If you are a bit on the big side,it may not be noticeable.

Your wife wants to be the uppermost in your heart and you should give her that space.
However,tongue-lashing each other is not the way to go.

Sometimes when I lie on the very side,and the vibration starts,I get so miserable and I wud just suddenly jump up in annoyance like warisdis !!!
Just don't know why most of our doctors of now usually don't have ideas of all this for God's sake. My gynecologist should have explain this to me to stop me from panicking but he instead recommended Gestid,well I told him I don't need gestid cuz I don't have heart burn. Thanks for the clarification dear,sometimes our fears can harm us faster than our problems itself. Its much easier to bear the discomfort knowing its cause.

Most doctors will assume it's heartburn.The way you described it,i knew it was not heartburn.
