The headship of hospitals should not be the exclusive right of medical doctors.Administration is totally different from medicine and surgery.Some doctors by experience go on to become good administrators but to automatically make the most senior the head is not right.
That's why i like developed countries.They know how to set up their structures.There is even a course called Hospital Administration and you don't have to be a medical doctor to study it.

Pharmacy is better.In the health structure,pharmacists are ahead of MLS and get better pay.Pharmacists also have better prospects and job opportunities than MLS.
However from experience,i've seen some MLS do very well by setting up private laboratories for themselves.

Young woman,this is simply a case of a mother trying to fix a wife for her son that is long due for marriage.
The guy doesn't really feel u yet and is probably going through the motions cos of his mum.I think u need to step back a bit and let him drive the relationship more.You can keep the communication channels open but don't put your heart much in it.

Do you know how many innocent children are killed due to US drone strikes in the muslim world, entire villages live in fear. The media completely shut this off.. Do you know what happened in falluja , Iraq, during the Iraqi war, a war started on a lie... You will never hear this from the media. A muslim legitimately defending his home land is called an insurgent. What of the loop-sided support the US has for Israel in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.. If the media attention given to the boston attacks were given to the innocent children killed in pakistan from US drone strike, maybe people will understand why some people are so angry. Muslims have internal problems but you have to understand that the biggest marketing tool for extremist organizations is painting the impression that there is a war against Islam. The more muslim children are murdered, the more recruits they will get.
