I experienced same miscarriage last year and it is exactly painful and the evacuation is also even painful more than my two labour.
The doctors always don't always have a reason for miscarriage most times they say.maybe the baby is not meant to be or the baby probably would have defects
2. I don't think there is an actual time frame for trying again some doctors say wait since months but in my own case I don't even know whether I waited it just happened again. I had a miscarriage second week in January and my LMP was March.
3. hmnnnn I think you should put out fear and every negative thoughts.
after another positive pregnancy again check in with your doctors immediately.
after the pregnancy in April I started spotting around May but I was given drugs and advised complete bed rest at home, hence my husband was doing all the house chores and taking care of DD.

Nobody ever says miscarriage pain is so painful, and then the evacuation, the worst pain I've ever had in my life.

Please I have some questions to ask:

1. Why can't doctors have a reason for a miscarriage?
2. How soon is healthy to start trying for another baby? (even though DH says we should hold on for a year to recover from the trauma of the miscarriage, but I can't wait that long)
3. What is the likelihood of another miscarriage after a miscarriage? (Cos I'm so scared, as it's not a good experience)

Please i noticed a small growth on my dd navel...i don't really know of its a growth thou but I checked google and found out its called umbilical granuloma.I'm still cleaning with spirit but havent seen any change. Has any mum experienced this? If yes,how did you treat it?

Also,my dd nappy rash is so stubborn.
I've used sudocrem but it maked the nappy rash spot look so dry n red...i had to stop.
Kinldy recomment a good nappy rash cream for me pls.

Lastly,pls she's light skinned...I'm using Jimpo ori...is jimpo ori good or i should get only Ori.

My pregnancy journey started on March 18th 2020 after seeing my first menses since I put to bed on May 2019.... It was not planned. I and dh was enjoying every every and voom d next month I tested positive.. I had a mixed feeling about it sha.. I don't knw if am happy or sad but las las I was so excited that another baby is coming without stress of trying to conceive.

The first trimesters was not easy for me... From vomiting, spitting, heart burn, loose of appetite, weight loss, infection, a little contraction that stoped after bed rest and all d wahala but we scaled through it all.

Second trimesters was so sweet and full of shakara for me.. I was slaying back to back oo no dulling�� my appetite was getting stronger everyday, gradually I stopped spitting and back to my normal self.. Not forgetting d oza room matter���DH was enjoying every moment of it and we love it (world people) lolz.

Third trimesters was not easy for me.. From heartburn, bleeding gums, pelvic bone pains, my skin was getting dark, v.g area tripped in size and heaviness down there no be small one ooo. I was having contraction at 8 months and was place on bed rest so that I can enter 9 months fully and also baby can bake well too.
Foodie was my second name... I was eating like a hungry lion and my tummy was so massive that people were thinking am carrying twins.. I weighed only 64kg ooo. I started my exercises, staircase climbing, dancing, taking a long distance walk, eating pineapples and dates and drinking zobo as well to help induce labor natural. My blood level was 33 as at last checked and no issues with that. V. E done on 11th Dec showed 2cm dilated but cervix is closed, doctor wanted to admit me but I no gree oo. Last scan said baby weighed 2.9kg and I was so happy about that I don't want a big baby that will result to giving me tear. I was praying and speaking positively to my baby and my body. I wanted a fast labor and sharp sharp delivery and God did it for me.

Delivery Day!!!
I went to antenatal on Monday 21st December 2020 and after palpation I told the midwife that I was having contractions especially at night which will stop in the morning and slippery mucus/ discharge that has been coming out for d past one week especially in d morning too. She requested that V.E be done. I want to maternity ward and was checked and 3cm dilated but d contraction is not strong..I was ask to go and get my bag immediately that I am not going back home..I was happy oo and told them to allow me go home and get my bags and arrange some things too. I left d hospital and went straight to my church (chapel) and prayed about it and went back home to do d needful..with all this I was not having any pains oo.. I really waka that day. Off I went back to d hospital with my bags and I was checked again 6cm dilated... See me rejoicing��� I was walking around d room and praying too.. D contractions was coming and I decided to take a hot bath. After the bath d contraction was kind of slow and I was scared oo but I kept faith alive. I went and lay down to know what is going on and I can't feel it coming again.. Haa! I went and start climbing their staircase sharply ooo and speaking to my body too. I climbed oo until I was tired and I went back to my room and lay down and d contraction started coming again with a very strong urge to poo... I went to d toilet and poo and went back to my bed.. D contractions was coming back to back and am getting weak and shivering due to enduring of d pains. ( it was much on me) I was ask to be drinking glucose water to give me strength.
I was still laying on my bed and my baby broke his water and d nurses had to rush me to delivery room to know how far gone. She was still wearing gloves and d urge to push came��� my baby was pushing and coming out on his own oo I was calling them to do fast and d are telling me madam don't push oo just open your mouth and breath in������mogbe!! nurse but I was breathing in nah and my baby is pushing me oo I can't hold it oo�� d quickly wore their overall and I was ask to push..Na there drama started oo lol I pushed d first one and the midwife said madam stop pushing like a ftm nah do it like a pro ( me looking at her like a pro��) who your pro help!!
With d next contraction I screamed and push out my baby.. He was screaming his lung out immediately he came out at 11:55pm weighing 3.29kg without tear ( is God not wonderful) Placenta was birthed after some mins and I was cleaned up and taken to my room. This boy started crying that night for breast milk and I was forced to breastfeed him.. Foodie from belle.
We were discharged in d morning.

So grateful to God Almighty for answering my prayers and granting my request upon my team members for a super safe delivery for us all.
Thanks to all mamas on this forum who in one way or the other made our pregnancy journey look so easy and beautiful with their words and prayers.. God bless us all. To our precious little ones you all will grow to make mummy and daddy proud..amen.

antenatal registration may be between 10-12 weeks however they would attend to you if there are any issues

To God be the glory, great things he hath done. My pregnancy was an unexpected one because it came when I was not ready for marriage talkless of pregnancy. I finished from the University after the school delayed us for 8years for a 5years course over incessant strike and I happened to be among the few lucky ones mobilized for NYSC in March. After our coro-camp incidence, I went to my fiance's place and spent some time with him and left after few days before the lockdown became inter-state and I was two weeks after I got home that I discovered that I was pregnant. Ha! that I was shattered was an understatement and I began to cry and beg God for it not to be true. After some times, I told my fiance and he accepted it wholeheartedly and told me that we need to start preparing for marriage and we got married in August after the whole coro-episode.

1st Trimester
My first trimester was a fight from 4 weeks to the end, From ms to lost of appetite to indigestion was what I faced in this trimester but I thank God it all ease at the start of the 2nd trimester.

2nd Trimester
All what I faced reduced to indigestion in 2nd trimester, I battled this one sotey that I almost disappear into the air when whatever I eat won't digest.

3rd Trimester
This trimester came with frequent urination, incessant eating and metallic taste but I thank God because they were still manageable. On 2nd of December I started experiencing false contraction till I gave birth and I was tired of the whole journey, my Edd was on 21st and 20th of December and I passed the two Edd's and no baby. On 22nd, I was encouraged to go for induction and I was told that it is a painful process. I sha went alone in the afternoon because my husband happen to have an important work that cannot be postponed. The procedure was done around past 2pm and I gave birth 10:21pm with plenty drama and tears. I thank God Almighty for taking me through pregnancy and childbirth and for giving me the grace to be a mother.
To all TTC mamas may God Almighty surprise you and màke you a proud mother by this time next year and to other December mamas, may our joy be full in Jesus name.

as much as you need to satisfy your cravings it is really advisable not to take it one of the ingredients used in making it can trigger labour.

I have forgotten the name of the ingredients, however you can make it yourself and exclude d ingredient and drink it minimally

Most likely your body is preparing for labour, time the contraction if it comes between 5-10minutes intervals then go to hospital

pardon my long story and any typographical error.

2020 has been an amazing year for me as i started the year rough with a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks but I am ending it amazingly with another baby.

second week in January I was about 11 weeks pregnant and bleeding started, was placed on some tablets and bleeding didn't stop went for a scan and the scan said missed miscarriage, went for a repeat scan two days later and it was same eventually had to be evacuated. I eventually missed my period in March and I continually did home test for one week until the faint line became thick. I started folicacid as this was March ending during the lockdown. at the 8th week bleeding wanted to start and I returned to the hospital in the heat of coronavirus and was given tablets to use to strengthen the progesterone. bleeding stopped afterwards. all trimesters went smooth no admission in hospital, no morning sickness , no vommitting or spitting. on Wednesday evening at around midnight and saw water on my body I thought I wewed on myself for a second and got up and went to the bathroom, I realized the water didn't stop but it was coming very little like urine. I dropped my daughter at the school and headed to the hospital since it was my antenatal day. immediately I got there told them I was draining water and immediately they took me to the doctor to check me , she examined me and said she didn't see the opening of the cervix but sent me to the scan room, the scan showed that the water was adequate and not draining. the doctor however said since the water was still draining they would have to admit me for 24 hours . I was admitted in the afternoon at 12 midnight the doctor came to check the water and realised the pad was still soaked and immediately they said it is time for the baby to come out as the water has been draining for over 24 hours and I was already 38 weeks and term. misoprostol was administered at 12 and contractions started I was at 4cm at 4am and another dose was administered . the drama started around 6.30am when they checked and they were like they were not sure of the baby position. she was facing headdowns in the scan but during labour she faced upwards. around 4am another misoprostol was administered and the contraction became intense from around 5am. around 6am was moved to delivery ward to be checked, I was already 6cm so they plugged all the ctg machines on me to monitor heartbeat and baby's movement at a point the doctor was saying looks like the baby has presented breech when she did her vaginal examination. later the consultant was called in to check around 7am and they realised her hands was on her face. OMG they shook hands inside my VJAY and was pushing her hands away from her face OMG Jesus another pain. I was connected to oxygen I wanted to urinate when the contraction intensifies they would beg me to hold it so I don't damage my urinary system , after they pushed her hands they allowed me urinate and they checked I was 9cm around 8.30. the consultant now said they should deliver the baby within the hour, they disconnected the oxygen and rushed me with IV energy glucose because I had not eaten. oxytocin and buscopan IV was also given as the doctor said she wants the contractions to become stronger.

the pains ehn but I held on and just kept hitting my back and rubbing the nurses hand and they just kept checking the heart beat of the baby. at 9.15am I was fully dilated and they told. me they would be calling in the paediatrician to attend to the baby after delivery because of the position she was in and the duration of water leakage.

time to push they said when I had the contraction and felt like I wanted to poo I should go ahead, first second , third and immediately during the third push they saw the head and said I should sustain the push as they cannot do much because her face is up wards so they don't injure her. oh God I sustained the push but ehn that was my first shout and immediately they just had to tear me for her head to come out and she slid out immediately , they administered another oxytocin injection again to contract the uterus and handed the baby immediately to the paediatrician to check her. I delivered around 9.25am weighing 2.5kg and the placenta was also delivered some minutes later.

they administered two more injections afterwards one around my VJay to stich me another was administered and I told them I felt dizzy immediately and they said is the injection, I remembered them stitching me and I was looking but afterwards I blanked out cannot remember anything else other than I woke up around 1.30pm . I remained on the delivery bed and when I woke up they came to wheel me to the bed to rest. we were discharged on the third day. they kept us because baby was on IV antibiotics infection was found after they did whole body count cells and they also wanted to reverify that there was no jaundice.

please run to the hospital. however towards the end of pregnancy they tend to move lesser because they have occupied all the space

Happy new month and welcome to the month of November. Teamies how are we doing? D waddling no be here oo, to turn for bed na big work now oo, to wash my feet when bathing na task oo... In all i am grateful we are getting to d finish line soon. God we thank you. It is not easy at all oo.

Hope we have started packing our hospital bags and arranging d house because baby might decide to show early.. clean ur nipples always oo... Hope we dey collect d kpekus offering as our strength can carry us.. No dulling oo.

D excitement of seeing/birthing my baby is much now i cant wait for Dec to arrival oo

Hope we are taking our drugs regularly no skipping ooo, drink enough water and eat fruits and vegetables for your blood levels. Cut down on sugary things and too much carb... Hope we are keeping up with our appointments.. Monitor ur body and ask questions if d need be.

Let's drop our baby gender if u have checked so i will update... I be team suprise oo

sorry about the headache sometimes it is part of pregnancy, however it is advisable you visit the hospital even though you are still early to register for anc the doctor may want to confirm if your BP is fine and may even want to rule out malaria.
