Building industry doesn't necessarily mean building houses. It encompasses mechanical, electrical and civil work.

Mine is under (MEP) installations, which includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Air-conditioning too.

Since I graduated, I have never applied for a job. I’m married, have a car, live in a 2 bedroom apartment and doing well for myself. I’m not into Yahoo or anything bad. I see some people saying they’re depressed and losing hope due to lack of jobs. If after applying for jobs for 6months and still no luck, try something else. There’re many opportunities online and offline. Don’t just sit down thinking about your life and getting depressed.

That's the state i am right now....after getting rejected at the interview again because of my age.

Mine started when I received a call from my friend who was a classmate in the university. I squatted him at some point when he had accommodation problem.

After graduation I kept body and soul as a teacher for almost two years, until that call.
He was a site engineer and the company needed two engineers.

That was how my journey started. That singular act has taken me far into the world of building industry.

It's good to be good.

I swear I don tired, if care is not taken maybe I too will try that Yahoo out. If you see the kind written test secondary school dey give me on top 30k Job. I want to try poultry out but no capital. I am tired, since July 7th we did our POP I have not gotten a job...
All my uncle that always assured me that I should go to school first, everything will be okay, they've all abandoned me to my fate.
On Wednesday now I have another interview and written test in a school and I can't even read or concentrate

Bro if I were you, I'll pump that 500k into PIPES for modern home construction , there are 3 types of plumbing pipes more commonly used than any others.
They are copper, PVC and PEX pipes

You see those PVC and PEX pipes will fetch you twice that 500k in a short while .

If I see 500k like this, naa to go setup business I can hand over to my kids. Better to create a job for yourself than walk the whole of Lagos and Ogun looking for work o

Reminds me about a friend of mine dating a girl he struggled for, babe traveled out to Canada , the plan was for him to follow suit based on they were head over heels and thinking of tying the knot, babe traveled and fashied my guy, my guy was constantly trying to get in touch and remind her of the past and what they shared, Omo the babe shenk am mad. It wasn't easy to console my guy and thank God he eventually bone the matter. What I learnt from the whole fiasco is that Nigeria girls will hardly push for you to join them in abroad, but a Nigerian man won't think twice to take his babe out of the country in a heartbeat.
