I have been out of job for 8 months, I got an interview invite, I went for the interview passed but they didn't get back to me till after 2 months, during this period no regret mail or sms, or a call apologizing . When they eventually got back to us, we were asked to go from training at H/Q, all through the training we were just sitting down idle doing nothing, they gave us tfare back to our abode all through the duration of the training, to give me an offer letter was kinda of a tug of war in the sense that according to them they moved from their previous office to a current one, which I find absurd, because offer letter should not take long, I requested they send via mail, citing transportation cost, they requested I come pick it up.

With the way the whole interview process, training and whatnot, I am skeptical, however I haven't gotten any offers or jobs invite.

According to the HR, "no pension, HMO, leave allowance or 13th month but he gave a proverb, saying some place make look like BRONZE but it actually GOLD if you dip dip"

PARENTS pls stop telling ur children to go to school so they can get a good paying job that will make them rich. poverty go tell u something for old age o. How many of the educated "working class" people have you seen living their lives the way they really want it (financially)? all u hear from them is complaint upon complaint of how their salaries disappear even before they are paid.

its about time people understand that the educational system does not teach us how to make money, talk more of having money work for us. we only learn how to work for money in the class rooms.

I am not saying that education is bad NO.
in fact I don't joke with education but we have to understand the difference between working for money and having money work for us. the class room is just like you sitting in your house and learning how to fight��� from a movie. u don't get to see all the film tricks that where edited out. so u think its just easy until u actually come across a fight in your neighborhood then u try using those moves u saw on tv. THEM GO SO BEAT YOU
another day u come across another fight and u still try to implement those moves u learnt from the tv and they break ur bones the more. That is how the life really works.

recently I see posts of people saying that they went to school to get a degree, only for them to come back to learn skills from people who didn't finish primary schools. SMH

it sounds funny and a lot of people see it as one of those cruise posts. but that is just how the life is.to me, going to school is good, getting a skill is better but honestly if you check the life of those that did both at the same time, their financial lives are far better. i think people should go to school to gain knowledge on work and societal etiquette, customer relationship in a business environment, etc while they learn real life lessons about making money work for them outside the school. because I honestly do not think the system would give room for both anytime soon. you just have to create that room for yourself..
