Ojiofor:I reckon that MKO Abiola never existed, and his June 12 1993 electoral victory over Bashir Tofa is a figment of my imagination? |
oilPUSSY:Even you have claimed most of the shoreline of Ondo state pictured below in red. So who is the obvious liar? In fact, the OP's map of Yorubaland boundary with respect to Edo/Bini is very accurate. Except of course, you are the typical arrogant illiterate. Educate yourself!
|
meccuno:Typical of one who has been shut up. |
Validated: According to the DMO, as at June 2015, the external debt of the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) and the 36 states was $10.316 billion; domestic debt (FGN only) was $42.633 billion while domestic debt of states was $10.856 billion. These give a total public debt of $63.806 billion as at June 2015.Not a bad performance by the APC, especially when you don't have Crude Oil selling at over $100/barrel, and no luxury of inheriting a sizeable savings like Jonathan did in 2010 and exhausted like a glutton. |
pawesome:And why are things expensive now? And was there any commodity sold in 2015 that was cheaper than the 2010 price? You should use your own head. You should be asking why a regime that made so much revenue from crude oil, and spent all available FG savings, still went ahead to pile up debts, such that the moment Oil price began to slump towards $50/barrel, the same useless government had no choice but to borrow some more N470b ($2.5b) to pay civil servant salaries in the last 3months before May 2015. Everyday you wake up, you should rejoice that Jonathan and PDP were not allowed to lead us to the path the Venezuelans found themselves. |
Nemesis001:Both quoted years employ the same parameters, so how could the APC led FG borrow twice of what the PDP led FG borrowed, especially when we know that the FG debt component was just above $3b in 2010 but Jonathan took it above $10b, and the total debt for both states and FG has only risen by about $10b in the last 3yrs of APC? You should be ashamed of yourself and your lotus eater party of locusts. You are only frustrated that the trick your useless PDP tried to pull was factually used in showing how irresponsible the PDP led FG was between 2010 to 2015. |
Nemesis001:I thought you would have lamented that the information about the debt is false? But you want the same locusts back in power? |
eddyhanson:Your own problem is comprehending what a statement of result recently obtained, should look like. To address an issue, someone got his alma mater to release his statement of result, but you expect it to bear a picture from decades ago, and not the current picture submitted to the school for its issuance? Are you sure you are mentally alright? Same way some imbeciles could not understand that the other many subjects not sat for, were the ones with a stroke to indicate blank, and not the misconstrued A1. And the Cambridge result master sheet that shows his scores and those of other candidates who all attended the same school, is still not enough proof? Even when those results do not differ from what the Army already released as his scores though unable to trace the actual certificate? And those who claimed that certain subjects on the result statement were not offered at that time, were they not proved wrong by the correspondence from Cambridge that belied their fictitious claims? INEC even under many PDP regimes have already claimed that they do not have any issues with Buhari's result or his academic suitability as required by law, yet some still say they want to see a certificate that has been long surpassed and for which the President do not owe them any attention? |
Pastor Tunde Bakare prophesied sometime in 2010/2011, that Jonathan's destiny was to bankrupt the economy and balkanize the country. Jonathan despite being forewarned, made sure the prophesy was realised. |
How come Radio Biafra with its propaganda did not report that Nigerian government also called Burkina Faso and Malaysia? Comedy for idiots by pigs. |
It would never be well with any criminal defrauding others of their money. When will the society start lynching yahoo boys the way armed robbers and kidnappers are lynched? Is their crime any less severe that they are rather celebrated? |
A wife is not liable for the crime of the husband. |
BlacSmit:Like you tamed the Army last year in Afara Ibeku? Even Ohaneze admits that Kanu is a nuisance who wants to bring anarchy to the SouthEast, hence their total dissociation from him. Many have told him to stay where he is and remain a British citizen, rather than bring hell into Igboland. |
It will never be well with Jonathan and PDP. “In 2010 our debt was $35 billion, $41 billion in 2011, $48 billion in 2012, $64 billion in 2013, $67.7 billion in 2014, $63.8 billion in 2015, $57.8 billion in 2016, $70 billion in 2017 and $73 billion in 2018. |
But the National Chairman of the United Progressives Party (UPP), Chief Chekwas Okorie, suggested the need for Ndigbo to convoke a general meeting on the issue, stressing that, even though there has been a general consensus that Igbo should be allowed to taste power at the centre, he does not expect it to happen without a struggle.Okorie has spoken with much sense and understands politics, and that political concessions are not given on a platter. |
President Buhari’s former school , Government College, formerly Provincial Secondary School Katsina released a statement that Buhari actually graduated from the school and that he wrote the School certificate Examination there. The school later went ahead to release the result to the public, including a copy of the result spread sheet showing other candidates who sat for same exam with their results as well. So what other evidence would the detractors of the President require before they are satisfied? All there is to this matter has been well highlighted in the OP. Also INEC has already asserted since 2014 that they do not have any issues with Buhari's O'level qualification. It is left for those who think Buhari owes them a certificate no other President has shown to them, to continue holding their breath. He will not even dignify them with any response. |
0monnak0da:They want to remain arrogant but want to extract the political support that can never emerge without humility. |
What it points to is an acceptance of defeat by the Igbos who know they have burnt bridges all over Nigeria and cannot really compete against any other Southerner, be it SouthWest or SouthSouth, and win the votes of other Nigerians. It is a sorry admission of defeat. They want the Presidency, but want the rest of the South to back out of it and give it to them on a platter, because they are entitled to the loyalty and service of others, and that way, the rest of Nigeria who already find them obnoxious would be forced to vote for them as the only aspirants for the presidential primaries of the 2 major parties. Even the PDP primary of 1998 in Jos, that produced an Obasanjo candidacy, had many other Southerners (Ekwueme, Etiebet, Alabo Graham Douglas, Philip Asiodu, et all) contesting. But the Igbo man already knows he is a political failure as he wasn't innately blessed with the patience, humility, subtle cajoling and compromise such delicate enterprise requires. He simply knows he will fail at it, and would rather have a situation where his candidacy is a gift tendered to him by others who were sure to inflict a defeat. While I am certain that SouthWest and SouthSouth politicians in PDP will contest for the presidential primaries in 2022 for the 2023 elections, the Igbos have determined they will vote for a Northerner, even if no Northerner is contesting just as no Southerner contested this last PDP primary whose ticket had already been zoned to the general North. It is a sorry state of affairs for politics in Igboland, and it is certain the self destruction will continue much longer. Since the Igbos already accepted primary defeat, we might end up having a SouthWesterner on the ticket of both PDP and APC, or a SouthSoutherner on both party tickets, or a straight showdown between the SouthWest and the SouthSouth in an APC vs PDP showdown. The most intriguing aspect of the Igbo mindset in all these political calculations, is the fact that they have already decided on behalf of the SouthSouth, as though the SouthSouth have told them they are not themselves interested in being president of Nigeria in 2023 and would rather have a Northerner continue forever as it is the Igbo ecstasy. Igbos just sit in their beer parlours in Nnewi and make a decision on behalf of the mono-ethnic SE and the multi-ethnic SS, but would then claim betrayal for a loyalty that was never promised, if things don't go according to their own selfish tribal agenda. The SouthEast has already reiterated its irrelevance in all these calculations, and no amount of terrorism and rebellion will gift them presidential tickets of either APC or PDP, having already betrayed their inability to compete with other players. If APGA likes as an Igbo party, they can go to the North and search for an unwilling Northerner just to prove to us their preference for slavery beneath the North that we all know too well. It would not stop that Northerner from losing to a Southerner as was the case of the Northern Bashir Tofa with SouthEast support, against the Southern MKO Abiola who was victorious without SouthEast support. I would be happy to watch the SouthEasterners traversing the North and begging for a gworo chewing janjawee.d uncircumcised philistine "Fulani" bastard, who they can serve again with their assured and beloved Vice-Presidential role, like the minions that they are, at a time they should be campaigning for the presidency like the rest of the South, just because they cannot compete against the rest of the South like the Northerners across the 3 zones just did in PDP. |
One of many evidences that corruption still abounds everywhere as Buhari has only concentrated on the corruption within the political class. Also an indication that those Buhari has appointed at the respective ministries and agencies, are not at all interested in any anti-corruption fight. |
apriko:An economic refugee hoisting a flag of a non existent nation on foreign soil. What if that foreign government told him to pack up and return to the country he claim to love? He will beg for asylum. |
MalcoImX:This nursery rhyme must be taught to all Biafran kids, so they can contrast between Jack a dog who was courageous, and hunchback Ohamadike the pet owner who was boastful but cowardly. In the end, even the coward had to acknowledge the brave, while disregarding the 28 fools who did not cherish the life that he cherished. Someday, he will surely pay for the lives he goaded to their deaths while he had already fled the anarchy he invited. |
Nemesis001:How could I deviate when I never denied anything. You are the one trying to prove that I was wrong, while I have shown you how your PDP was wrong in what they started. Has PDP in trying to paint APC as an Islamic Yoruba and Northern party, not robbed itself of goodwill in those regions? Or do I need to remind you of how Vice President Namadi Sambo had to be working overtime in the North to prove to the electorate that PDP was also a Northern party, in total contrast to the image and damage the likes of FFK, Asari Dokubo, PEJ, Jonathan, and foot soldiers like yourself had wrecked on PDP by promoting APC as a party belonging to where the bulk of Nigeria's voting population reside? Those who had to swallow the vomit of having an uncircumcised Philistine rule them as against their previous boasts, now also have to seek salvation in the candidacy of a gworo chewing "Fulani" bastard called Atiku Abubakar, while their dreaded Islamization is upon them. |
Nemesis001:So Ngige was not a senator from the SouthEast, and Amaechi and Okorocha were not governors from the SouthSouth and SouthEast at the time prior to the 2015 elections when APC was labelled by your type as a Janjawee.d Islamic party and Amala and Ewedu party? Now I know your hypocrisy has no cure. Better embrace the political atmosphere that PDP created. |
raker300:You mean APC has borrowed the political play book written by PDP, until same PDP played itself into a regional party that is only relevant in the SouthEast and SouthSouth? Ewedu and Amala party has now moved from janjajweed party to National Party, while PDP has been reduced to IPOB party. |
Our civil servant billionaire national mother, who selflessly opened bank accounts in our own names so that we can provide for our needs. While also reminding us that some of her children in the North are born throwaway, and if we see anyone of her children shouting "change!", we should ensure to stone such her children. FFK the clown. "With OBJ's letter, Jonathan is finished". -FFK (2013) |
If your enemy has been reduced to the thinking disposition of this OP, my brothers and sisters, you have already won the battle. |
Bannylove13:I would have believed that your aspirations are noble and patriotic, if for all your criticisms that are both partisan and objective at times, you were parroting the emergence of the new breed of patriotic and corruption-free politicians to attain leadership. Rather, you are championing the return of a 16yr failure PDP that never allowed Nigerians to benefit basic human rights guaranteed in a democracy, or the infrastructure for which funds were budgeted. To add salt to injury, you put your hopes in a corrupt billionaire civil servant who has already attained legendary status as a political prostitute, who had already been indicted of corruptly enriching himself some more as a Vice-President, and gained infamy for buying primary elections with unending dollars, as he moves about from party to party to achieve his unbridled quest for power. |
Bannylove13:Igboman crying about tribal support of Buhari and Osinbajo by Yoruba, as though your opposition to them is not partly tribal, while your demand on Atiku and celebration of his eventual selection of an Igbo running mate is itself not for tribal considerations for your political future? Or do we quickly forget that Buhari is primarily hated by Igbos for the coup that removed Shagari, not because the Igbos loved Shagari, but as expressed till this very generation, that he prevented Ekwueme who was Vice President from succeeding Shagari as President by the next presidential poll. I always tell Igbos that the mistake they continually make with the Yorubas, is to think they are stupid while they are wise. We prove to you that we are not stupid, then you begin to throw puerile tantrums. Pursue your tribal political aspirations, while Yorubas pursue their own too. The political field is wide enough for every player to have an agenda, but only the Igbo feels threatened that others are pursuing the same agenda as they are also doing. |
Yes, leadership is all about influence. If Peter Obi could not influence Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan, a very pliable and weak president, to attract projects to Anambra State; what are the chances then that he (Obi) can even gain the attention of a strong character like Atiku Abubakar who, as a Vice-President, was arguably more powerful and shrewd than his boss, a brutal four-star general? This is what some refer to as ododo oro. |
Bannylove13:You could not even muster any intelligent response to the points raised, rather you proved the OP right in his factual assertion quoted below. But that is where any sympathy for the Obi candidacy ought to end, especially for majority of the Igbo who have been jubilating as if, somehow, they had a sudden embrace with the Messiah. |
I wonder why Israel was not also petitioned? What a disregard by PDP. |
raumdeuter:Abeg show mercy upon the confused slowpoke. |
