If he was borrowing to pay salaries when oil dropped from $100+pb and sold for $50+pb, what would he have done when it was selling for $27pb during this Buhari regime? You claim Jonathan managed what he earned, yet the economy was already in distress and on a borrowing spree just 8months into the oil crisis?

How come the foreign reserves dwindled in the time of flourish rather than rise as evident with Obasanjo, Yar 'Adua and this current Buhari regime?
