chopnaira:Ahmadu Bello said what many Igbos have said in arrogance and boasts on this very forum. The man gave a very rational assessment of a whole tribe, without any embellishments. |
OnionBandit:You just dey know the cunning nature of those sly foxes? Since the day Peter Obi the Igbo project was defeated, and a Yoruba man won the Presidential election and was sworn in, their souls have become sorrowful to the point of death. But that is to be expected from a people who already swore since Buhari won re-election in 2019, that if a Yoruba win APC presidential ticket for 2023 elections, they would rather that PDP zone their own ticket to the North so that they can continue ruling instead of a Yoruba to rule. I do not know how to mince words, I call them out and give them gbas for their gbos. |
Those looking for addresses and family members should know they also have addresses and family members too. If the security agents pick her up now, she will start stammering, with mucus and tears flowing freely. Someone should remind her of Oso Abiola, when her people abandoned property in Lagos to escape with their lives back to Igboland. |
Lizzysamuel:Is this OP not a well known Obidient that is first to share news of events that Peter Obi attended? Later they will say Obidients and Igbos are not interested in any protest, but they have been the loudest propagators of news concerning the protest, while also the ones to condemn those who have declared that they will not be protesting. |
I also endorse this message below. African embassies should start making plans to evacuate their citizens from the violence prone country.

No sensible Nigerian will allow the release of a lunatic terrorist. No one is even asking for his release globally. They havecall received the evidences of his, terrorism both in audio and video. Not even his infamous "Turkish Diplomat", or Putin or Trump, that he used to deceive many gullible Nwa-boys to be donating to his insurrection. I ask again like I would always ask, By what authority did Kanu become the spokesman of a people who already have a democratic and constitutional leadership who represent them in the government of Nigeria and manage their local affairs in Igboland/SouthEast? The Catalonia and Scottish drive for independence which his miseducated followers always reference, were all led by the recognised and constitutional regional governments of those regions within their greater mother country. Not by an illegitimate riff-raff that wanted to usurp the power of the regional leadership and government, without exercising any democratic franchise. If Kanu is allowed to get away with all the crimes he commited, which includes his genocide baiting, then likewise any similar riff-raff can wake up tomorrow to claim he must be given what he wants because he has enough gullible supporters to constitute a nuisance and terror menace to the people and the government of Nigeria. As far as I know, Kanu will not leave this earth a free man. His family will continue to visit him in Jail until his last days. Crime does not pay. Terrorism is sacrilege. |
Lol! This politics is a give and take matter. If Tinubu can only deliver in Government 10% of his mastery of Politics, even his political adversaries will hail him as Igwe, and banish any of their sons who dare to oppose him.
|
flokii:He will chop his breakfast sooner than later. The sun rises in the East and sets in the West, so they will make the breakfast early enough for him to eat belleful before going about his busybody karimi work. |
Government sponsored thugs to go to Tinubu's media business to commit arson? Government sponsored Chinasa to go burn down the bus station with tens of buses if not over hundred destroyed? Government sponsored Nnamdi Kanu that was live on radio and dishing out commands on how to attack Tinubu and Dangote, and destroy their businesses? This Femi Falana is raving mad, or moving mad as his son once sang. Las las, you go still chop breakfast from those you are pandering to. Wole Soyinka wey go jail for them, still came out to chop breakfast starting from the very day he dared to win the Nobel prize for Literature.

Tsarbomba:I just dey laugh this one. Power of youths? Where dem dey? Who dem be? Where dem keep their power? Is it at the farmlands they have abandoned for their grandfathers to continue tilling, or at the betting shops where their tickets have been cut, or at the offices where despite the decent or even lucrative pay, they are still perpetrating all manner of fraud, or is it at the numerous foreign embassies where they are looking for visas to go do "O yes sah mahsah" on a job they will not do in their own country? When the youths are serious, they will float their own party, and avoid charlatan ticket hunters in favour of a truly youthful candidate who will get to power and then realize that it is one thing to campaign, it is another thing to deliver the promises with the scarce resources available. All those whom the youths supported, be it Tinubu or Atiku or Obi, all vowed to remove subsidy and allow for a free trading of the Naira to other foreign currencies. The result is what you are seeing from Tinubu who got to power among the rest who competed for it to implement the same policies. |
Cassandraloius:Are you also a thief for going on vacation this year? |
DMerciful:This diaspora cry cry baby still reeling from election loss of Adaobi. Make somebody put this guy for suicide watch ooo. As if you do not know what it means for legislators to go back to their constituencies and families on a recess. Make dem remain for Abuja as you remain for office everyday of the year, abi? |
The two chambers of the national assembly commenced the recess after passing some crucial bills. We must commend the National Assembly for speedily discharging their duties over the last few days to ensure nothing critical is left undone before proceeding on their well deserved recess. But I know that rabblerousers and anarchists who have themselves taken vacations and off-days this year, or currently are on vacation, will still have something silly to say, as though the legislators are machines who do not have need for rest and bonding with family and their constituents back in their respective states. |
AdolfHitlerxXx:Yekpaaaa! |
blacknp:In fact, those 2 guys you stated, are the greatest cry babies over the election loss. I put them in a special category of election cry babies, not necessarily anti-Yoruba bigots like that one that was claiming to be Taylor something and the other one who used to threaten that Tinubu must run so that Yorubas will be disgraced, while crying that ¨power to the North¨. |
DMerciful:in your own particular case, you are very pained that the Igbo project 2023 failed. But if I may ask, why are Igbos till today condemning the 2012 anti-subsidy protest against the Jonathan regime that they consider as their own government? You all still mock the Ojota protest, as though there were no protests in Abuja, Kano, and Kaduna. Did all of Nigeria, including the silent SouthEast and SouthSouth, enjoy the reprieve that was achieved by that protest? That was when many of us realised how foolish we were to have been spearheading protests against the Obasanjo regime, if others will later seek to protect their own. Yoruba mumu don do. |
DMerciful:You are still living a delusion that somehow Tinubu will leave the Presidency for Peter Obi your candidate? You strike me as a cry-baby. |
Feintline:He believes in Nigeria but stashed his funds in foreign offshore accounts under his daughter's name? |
Racoon:I doubt anyone has prevented peaceful protest. All that has been done is to warn against those who are interested in protest as a means to attempt an illegal change of government. Election losers should get over their loss. |
Medipharm:Why are you always hurt when someone replies the lies of Peter Obi? Do you think only Obi must have a say, while others must keep quiet? |
IamANigerianMan:Spoken like a sensible Nigerian who is not hungry. A hungry man has no sense, so I can understand when those who cannot feed tomorrow protest today. But those who want to protest but give 2weeks or 4weeks notice like a labour union, are nothing but political opposition venting their frustration of their electoral loss. |
Because he knows that those who need to protest do not give 2weeks or 1month notice to do the needful. |
Kobojunkiee:Just say thank you to President Tinubu and focus on your own political leaders to ensure they do not domicile the funds in the banks they own to generate profit for their shares in those banks.
|
Never a fan of any tenure elongation. |
CyrusVI:When I watched the video where he was pressed by the interviewer to confirm or deny the authenticity of the audio tape, I felt immense shame for Peter Obi, and pity for his blind supporters. |
On the eve of Nigeria's independence celebration in 2014, Tinubu called for a common sense revolution that would retire PDP from government and bring about a change in Nigeria. Tinubu saw to it that the revolution was accomplished less than a year later, without any riot or anarchy, but democratically as he advocated. Not many politicians are able to win elections, not to talk about actualizing a strategic democratic and peaceful revolution that came to pass. “This is done not by subterfuge, divide and rule and turning Nigeria in a field of discord or a street of broken institutions.
|

Did you even read the content of the revolution that Tinubu was advocating for that you posted? And I used to think you were somewhat educated? Shame! |
YorubaNiBaba:The time for Yoruba diplomacy has died and already buried. It is time to be as aggressive as the other tribes in Nigeria. No quarter must be given. |
Medipharm:Obi wey threaten before, when is he going to deliver the law suit to People's Gazette? I want the media to fully cover the proceedings of the lawsuit where Obi will be disgraced.
|
Tellmeastory:Onanuga already has their time. They baited the mumu and he bit the bait like a hungry ticket hunter. |
Good! Onanuga already warned them ahead, but they fell into his trap. |
This Ticket Hunter cum Mandate Hunter, was revealed as a religious bigot who realised he had no path to win the 2023 presidential election, so he called a notable religious leader and was begging like a desperate fellow, claiming that the election was religious warfare. The audio tape that revealed his despair and desperation for power, was released by People's Gazette. The notable religious leader has kept quiet to avoid further stain that would come from associating with such unscrupulous political prostitutes. However in a bid to overcome the shame, the ticket hunting Peter Obi vowed to sue the People's Gazette. Many months has since passed without any lawsuit from him, or apology or retractment from People's Gazette. Even when pressed recently over the authenticity of the shameful audio tape that forever ended his presidential ambition in a multi-religious Nigeria, the cunning fellow went off course to say something totally irrelevant to the question he was asked. Having been recently accused of promoting chaos and anarchy in the country as a result of his electoral defeat, he has again threatened to sue the media aide of the President, Bayo Onanuga. Many are wondering why he is yet to sue People's Gazette as he threatened over a year after his shameful audio conversation was released. This opportunist that has no record of ever fighting for the return of democracy during the dark days of the military junta, is the one who promised to give us a new Nigeria. Maybe his own version of a new Nigeria is where there is no freedom of speech.
