To make it clear, anyone could be elected in a conclave, so no one is more worthy than the other, neither can anyone claim to be bypassed.

Even Cardinal Ratzinger despite his prime position amongst the Cardinals, could never have made such a claim if another had been elected ahead of him.

Tinubu's political power base is SouthWest and all of the North, so no suprise that his non-statutory appointments have mirrored Buhari’s own.

At least, SouthEast got a Military Service Chief (Navy) role in Tinubu's government, which Buhari did not give as it was not statutory like ministerial appointment.

Tinubu knows not to waste appointments, like Buhari knew also.

If anything at all, Tinubu has learnt from his appointment folly when he was Governor.

If you show Tinubu he can count on your support, only then will his Southern appointments be more evenly spread like his Northern appointments.
