Oluwa ma je ki a rin n'ijo t'ebi n pa ona. (May we not go out the day the road is thirsty for blood). This is the road I drive regularly to my estate. May God keep us all. You and your households shall know NO SORROW this month in Jesus name. |
Rest in Peace. A lesson for the living to live well. Life is short. Life is terminal. Make impact, we all pass this world but once. There is no repentance in the grave. |
This is today's Punch 30/04/2016. The story is not in it, where did they get this from? Photoshop I guess.

BiggyBamBam:You failed or ignored to tell us the price of the land they want to sell to you. If you want a land that fits perfectly into your descriptions above, go to Surulere, Gbagada or Ikoyi where the land is in Millions Naira not Mowe Ofada where the cost in most times are less than 500k. You are right, most of the land on that axis are not developed yet as most of them are still inside forests. All you need to do is to ask for the title documents of the land, ensure that it is not under government acquisition and they bought directly from the original land owners. Then invest your money and watch it grow. Even the Mowe or Ofada towns can not meet all your demands. I am a real estate owner, and a lawyer, I am familiar with all you said as there are many fraudster in the business like you have them in other businesses yet we still honest men in the business. It will be wrong for anybody to base his judgment of a property on 3D images. Go to the land, study the environment, if you are okay with what you saw, pay for it but for anyone to expect a place like London in Mowe-Ofada for a plot of 500k, you must also be a fraudster too. |
The world is changing. Those ladies are frustrated. Foluke is making sense. |
This must be a joke. We don't even know the status of 2016 budget yet somebody is already planning for 2017 budget. These set of leaders should understand that some part of Nigeria can read and should not presumes we are all "almajiries" who you can just tell anything and still scream "sai nonsense". |
Maka why now APC? |
Mr. Igbokwe(nu) now tell where you got the money for your campaign. |
Children: Daddy, we are hungry, no more bread and the last soup finished yesterday. Father: Kids, I have good plans for you, all my salaries and profits are being kept for your future. Please cope with that. Children: We may all die before then. |
Sanchez01:He was not the one apologising, it was the prosecution counsel's voice. |
Admiralty616:Where is it stated in our rules also for a judge to refuse to rule on an application one way or the other? But rather, he is getting personal. |
I am tempted to talk....the judge is wrong and he is playing to the hand of the defence team. The way it is now, he cant handle this Saraki's case in good conscience, he is biased. Defence cant get justice in this court again, even if he is willing to give justice. |
The feasting of the gods. |
Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State, yesterday, said state governors’ opposition to the Sovereign Wealth Fund, SWF, and the Excess Crude Account is borne out of distrust for the Federal Government’s ability to judiciously manage the funds and utilise it for the purpose it was meant for. - See more at: http://www.myfinancialintelligence.com/content/why-govs-oppose-sovereign-wealth-fund-%E2%80%93-fashola#sthash.KWl3fPAn.dpuf The forum’s Chairman and Governor of Rivers State, Chibuike Amaechi, said on Tuesday in Abuja that the body would seek “a final resolution from the Supreme Court” on all matters relating to the controversy. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/117710-governors-declare-final-readiness-to-tackle-jonathan-over-excess-crude-account.html Some governors, who felt the ECA was unknown to the constitution kicked against the continuous building up of the ECA when Dr. Goodluck Jonathan was in the saddle. They were always pushing that monies be shared from the account to the three tiers of government. It got to a point that the 36 states’ governors dragged the Federal Government to court on the matter. The case has not been decided by the Supreme Court till date. The Federal Government and the state governors reached a consensus in 2009 to withdraw about $5.5 billion from the ECA. The withdrawal was invested in Independent Power Projects with the states as shareholders. They (state governments) have share certificates as proofs of their stake in the projects. The reserves are also used to settle both public and private sector foreign currency obligations, including the importation of goods and equipment for the power sector. http://thenationonlineng.net/excess-crude-account-and-the-controversy-lingers/ |
ladyF:I made the same mistake and they told me the same thing when I called them. They are thieves. I heard they steal our datas secretly too. I am preparing the petition to sue them to CPC first and then court. Trust no Indian. |
ufumes:.....and the bill will return back to the Assembly and guess what, Assembly will finally have the final say. |
seunmsg:You believe this with all your true conscience? |
folks4luv:I was thinking maybe the girls told the terrorist the night they came to abduct them..."wait Mr terrorist, let me carry my bold 10 along". Truth will come out someday. |
AdeniyiA:You hear "ke ke ke ke ke" when turning. |
What about their SUVs? |
That girl was used to plant chip or bug and PMB. I don't trust Chincos. |
The North will oppose it. Quote me again, that guy that suggested it will be sacked soon. If in doubt, ask Mr. Censor DG. |
Mediapace:Sure but you must subscribe to at least, Access bouquet. They do it every year. I did not enjoy it last year bc I was on premium subscription but now I will enjoy it partially bc I am on compact now. I will enjoy those movies channels and super sport 3 for sport lovers. Lol |
You can enjoy and watch all Dstv premium channels free from tomorrow.
|
Jorussia:See the way you are talking as if you were at the last emergency FEC meeting. On Osinbajo, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. There won't be smoke without fire. |
GudluckIBB:Because the real vote is from the North. They know many of his people can't read all Fayose was saying but once some Northern leaders begin to condemn his government, problem starts for PMB on all front hence. He does not have support base in the East, South West is divided and can decide independently but North's a block. |
Another mega distraction loading »»»»»» |
Beremx:For those still waiting for change, it has taken place. Change to many people means different things. To PMB, it is a change to give juicy appointments to his kinsmen. When he started on that wrong footing that he can only appoint people he is comfortable working with, many applauded him. He has no other agenda except to tour every countries to fulfill his childhood dream. Expecting any other things? You are on your own. |
Hope it will not be declared inconclusive again? That is my only fear. |
I was scanning to read where the news will say "the President who was represented by....." bc I know my President can't say so. Guess what? He was represented by Alhaji Lai Muhammed. Oro pesi je. |
duduade:The way you talk shows that it is either you are the school publicity secretary or one of your benefactor is benefiting from this joke. How can a school ID cost 5k? That how Unilag sells bag of sachets water at N200 and loaf of bread @N250 as against N100 and N200 respectively. |
Yet owing salary and workers on strike...awards in Naija is for highest bidder. The same way we overrated Fashola when he was breaking people houses to award kick back laden Road contracts to his cronies. Ever wondered why most governors prefer to repair or construct roads or award contracts to paying salaries or developing good policies? |
