Nobody knows when the angel will stear the water again. Who knows, there could be video bomb this time, just be ready. |
OK. Laugh dey hungry me. All my friends that befriended me, deleted me from their BBM because of my campaign against President Buhari and APC are requesting that I readd them. You will soon begin to pay for the air you are breathing, na small small. |
This must be GEJ handwork (lol). Now you know Naija is corruption blooded. Corruption...everywhere you go. I remembered when I was serving in the North, you will only notice activities in all the Local government councils moment the monthly allocation is in the state and after it is shared, no more soul in the council until next month. We call them "ministry of ba aiki" (ministry of no work) |
No wonder! |
SolexxBarry:Bros, it is more that o. M4.7 bag? More expensive than my Honda Pilot and CRV SUVs (Toks). With that amount, you can build 3 bedrooms, all ensuits bungalow. She must file police reports if stolen or missing. |
If calling a Party the sponsor of BH, then PDP will win again bc I remembered when PDP named all APC chieftains supporters and sponsor of BH and today the same APC is in power. Who knows, maybe calling someone BH sympathisers could be the new magic wand to win election up North now. |
Realhommie:Dokpesi, Metuh would still have been detained now if not the press pressure on the Government and the threat from the House of Rep that gave the government 48 hours to release Metuh. Partial obedience is not obedience. Dasuki and co are still in detentions till date despite courts orders granting them bail. Where is Nimasa boss today? Has he been released despite courts order admitting him to bail? |
doctokwus:The people that submitted themselves to the government yesterday, where are they now. This government does not respect the law of the land hence the reason for hide and seek. Ask Dasuki and Kanu, they will tell you how not to submit yourself to rule of laws here. |
I won’t leave my man because he cheated. I won’t. That’s the way men are. They can tell you, you are the only sugar in their tea. Don’t mind them. There’s honey they are mixing with it.#teamNotAllMenCheat I am not a cheater |
I wish, hope and pray this government succeeds bc it will affect me too but from what I am seeing, they lack ingredients of success. By the way, we warned Nigerians that the people that set up APC are the problems of Nigeria that left PDP in anger bc under GEJ business were not as usual for them. |
How did Amosu of Ogun, Ajumobi of Ibadan and Ambode of Lagos procured their own judgement from Supreme court? At the palace of the Lion of Bourdilon? As usual APC judicial panel of inquiry, like military enquiry used in Ekiti and get one Ete to expose Udom like Aluko did. |
taiosino:No further comment. May the Lord keep us all. |
docadams:Our laws say that every accused is still innocent until pronounced guilt by the Court until then, Metuh is still innocent. |
AGF to review a case already concluded by Supreme Court. I dey laugh o |
sheilak:Lol, I earlier said Yewande was my colleague in the university for 5 years. |
sheilak:NO, I am not a judge. |
Reference:I am not taking side yet and by my training, I am not supposed to do that. Agb'ejo eti kan da, agba osika ni. (Only a wicked elder passes guilty verdict on one sided story). I have read many criminal cases decisions and was also involved in many cases, you cant conclude on a matter until when you hear all sides of the story. In court, when you read the prosecution case, you will want to cut off the defendant head immediately but when you later hear that of the defence, you will thank God for not been too hasty or in a hurry to judge. Judges are trained to put all evidences in an imaginary scale of justice and give judgement to where the scales tilts. Still at that, Oluwa lo mo ejo da. Criminal matters of this nature must be proved beyond reasonable doubt. Even if she had pleaded guilty in the court, the judge is mandated by law to enter NOT guilty for her. If you follow the story well, everybody that had contact or related with her have one good thing to say about her person and her conduct. That is to tell you the kind of person she is. K'esu ma se wa. (May devil not influence us or push us). |
doveda:The investigation is still going on and that is why I pity people who are already passing their judgements because they read one-sided story from biased husband's family and friends who probably did not like her as a wife. We were told that the husband was a business man who just returned home for some real estate deals. After the first fight with his wife, some people who hated him or probably his business partners or people who felt cheated may capitalise on the misunderstanding with the wife to commit the crime because nobody will suspect any other person apart from the wife. I know Yewande very well, (at least for the five years we were together in the University), she is quiet, and non violent young lady. For me, I will wait until I hear her side of the story. She has pleaded not guilty in court, remanded in prison custody and matter adjourned to sometimes this month but people should be careful because we are not there when it happened. (Somebody even ridiculously said that the mother died when she heard about the murder). |
ddippset:How much did Dakuku/APC paid the trial Tribunal and Appeal courts Justices that ruled in Dakuku's favor? In Ekiti state, when Fayose won, APC started with photocromic ballot papers, later to Sergent Koli audio, later to Military panel and now to Aluko confession. When would you learn to accept defeat. You win some, you lose some, life goes on. |
I have said it before, since the death of Chief Gani Fawehinmi, all the so called self-acclaimed activists are stomacvist. They are cowards and are only interested in protecting the positions or feelings of their pay masters. Ke*amo, Sa**ay come to mind. Since he joined APC, he cant give credible legal opinions on simple matter that even a 100 level law student can boldly without looking at his books, gives beautiful and intelligent legal opinions. Ko s'agba n'ilu mo. (no more elders in town) |
Noted. Probably, these were the steps he took to secure the Tribunal and Appeal rulings that were in his favor. Confession time. |
Noted |
If all the evidences presented so far against METUH are what the EFCC plans to rely on, then they have no case at all and the accused has no case to answer. Metuh is going home free. This is purely business transaction, the same accusation against Daar Communication. |
Retainsership |
modestdude:We are still trying to get her side of the story. Police is yet to grant access to her. I am in Lagos while she works with the Ministry of Justice in Ibadan. We have sent some of our friends to verify what went wrong. |
Yewande is my colleague, we finished from the same school, the same year, called to the Nigerian Bar the same year, so quite, gentle and lovely. Something must be wrong somewhere. K'esu ma se wa. |
Did you noticed the impact of the heavyweights that defected to APC In Bayelsa election when the result was announced? PDP is smarter, the trick? Infiltrate their camp to give them false hope and leak the APC strategies. Even if Wike Defects to APC, Rivers people will still vote for PDP. Why? The parties have been presented as North vs South parties. Most people you see during the defection ceremony are business women and men who are only interested in the "appearance fees" for the day but the person they will vote for is in their mind. |
Emeka's Appeal to the Supreme Court ... Critical Update!!! On the 19th January 2016 the Supreme Court of Nigeria repeated what the Court of Appeal did last year by ordering Paul Emeka to file his brief of appeal before 5th February 2016. Emeka had pursued the same judicial trick (delay tactic) in the Court of Appeal stage of this matter by refusing to file his brief of appeal till he was forced by the court to do so. (Brief of Appeal is a DETAILED substantiation of grounds or points of appeal). The Court also ordered an accelerated hearing of the matter just as the Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu had also done last year. The church applications were designed to produce exactly this effect ... and it did. You may also recall that after the order of accelerated hearing was made last year, Emeka and his agents went to the social media announcing that the Court of Appeal had thrown out the church appeal and confirmed Emeka as the GS. I understand they are doing the same thing right now. Although it was Paul Emeka that took the church to the Supreme Court, the church had to apply to the court to dismiss Emeka's appeal since he won't prosecute it. It was on that basis that the Court (just like the Court of Appeal) decided to give him between now and 5th February to file his papers and thereafter not to give him any breathing space again. The church happily accepted this position as it did in the Court of Appeal also. As a matter of fact, that is the reason we filed the application that came up that day... to force him to pursue his appeal or otherwise to have it dismissed. To those who have been calling and commenting, please be reminded of this formula: If it is comes from Paul Emeka, it is false. These people can ONLY survive by telling lies. If they dare tell the truth, innocent people that they have fooled will leave them. Lies is their shelter and those who go their beer parlour Facebook page will suffer what men who live with drunkards suffer. "While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened. When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money, telling them, "You are to say, 'His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.' If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble." So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day." Matt 28:11-15 NIV |
. DIVINE78:You saw him eating it right? A gbejo eti kan da, agba osika. (it is only a wicked elder that based his judgment on one sided story). If truly the so called statement is his statement, why was it not signed by him when he made it? Why must a statement be brought to him to sign, if truly he made it? Let us not quick to judge, every story has part 2 but in Naija movies, you may see part 4 and still at the end of that you see "ere sese bere. (story continues) This my assumption, it is likely efcc does not have anything against him jn the N400M case, prepared statements for him to sign which he refused, they shread the unsigned paper, gather it together again, tape it together, alledged that he was trying to swallow it before he was stopped and want to use that as a back up case against him incase the corruption case against him fails. |
TonyeBarcanista:Oga, this is not your area of strength. The bail bond is the amount a surety will forfeit to the government if the accused jumped bail. It is not that the money must be deposited. All the Court and prosecution will do is to verify the status of the surety (through his jobs, bank account etc). But in a situation where the accused jumped bail, he must pay the sum assured to the court and may be tried to show cause why the accused is not in court and may in addition be sent to jail. It is a bond or pledge. That is why the courts usually ask the sureties to deposit their properties title documents. |
Unfortunately, he will be there till 2019. We just hope and pray it won't get worse. |
