The Op is right. I wasn't raised in the city and can easily identify a manipulative bitch. Just look at the normal girl you see these days. They hardly greet. They will even wait for you to lower yourself to greet them. The worst is that I see men doing so of which amongst them is a married man!
Why wouldn't a young girl feel entitled by such a behavior?
