Rivers state has had Dieter Spiff, Chief Melford OKilo, Rufus Ada George; Military Admins before them. Rivers state was the best state to live in during their time. Odili and Amaechi ruined the state, stole all the money, Now it's Wike's turn. All of them are upland Rivers. They've turn the peaceful state upside down. SHAME ON THEM. Now that it's out of control, thousands of people have died, Amaechi shows up from nowhere, to bring peace that he once spearheaded to truncate. He initiated it in the first place when he closed down Maritime university, came up with policies that is diverting cargo from ONNE ports, causing loss of over 10,000 jobs. Shame on Odili, Amaechi & Wike. For in their hands Rivers state crumble, and hunger biting hard on her citizens RIVERS PEOPLE MUST REJECT ALL THESE WOLVES NEXT TIME THEY SHOW THEIR FACES. We must elect people with requisite industry experience, with administrative capacity to rebuild Rivers state. |

Every new govt inherits some form of financial burden from previous or preceding govt. USA today owed or has a debt burden of our era 18 trillion dollars. Obama will definitely leave it to the incoming new govt. Perhaps Yaradua/GEJ also inherited some from Obj. So it's high time this APC govt started running with Barton of leadership and work the economy around. Nigerians no longer have patience for all this excuses. Mr. Lie must leave propaganda in governance. Hundreds of Nigerians are losing jobs and businesses monthly. What breed of politicians do we have in this part of the world? 1 Like |

There is no public office holder in Nigeria, both past and present, that does not possess a foreign account. Melaye's not alone. So S-R leave him alone. Even Buhari has a foreign bank account... "2.8 Billion NGN" traced to his UK account. Every one of them are guilty of this, if it is a crime. How do they pay their childrens' fees abroad? Shame! Nigeria borrow from foreign banks........ The likes of IBB, Abdusalami, OBJ, Atiku, etc are walking the street free, same with all the ministers that served under them... Let PMB do the needful so Naija will get better... The time utilised chasing people here and there is enough to think out solutions to our many problems.... If you are investigating anyone for currupt practices, do so secretly and arrest at the right time or charge to court and make your case. If you have stronger evdence, and wins, jail according to law. Not when you allege, you arrest, molest, humiliate, harrass, etc. Nigeria should by now live above all that crap. Gravanno:You have a right to your opinion bro. But in some little things let's try to balance the facts. If you know facility / equipment maintenance strategies very well, more so, a complex production plant as a refinery, you will agree with me that this feat isn't achieved in just one month. TAM of the refineries had started long ago. The initial delivery targeted was January 2015. But for some technical reasons the team couldn't meet up with that date. Again, the next delivery was May 2015, which was shifted to July 15th. I am quite happy that it's started production, though on a small scale now, but when everything is fully sorted, it will improve. This is continuity from on govt to the next.... Kudos to both leaders PMB and GEJ. Nigeria wins again! Because the drive is to stop subsidy, and increase local production in the long term. |
