Yes nothing is guaranteed but there must be some basis for analysis.
The question is still hanging

Why is it a good business decision to build a house? Why?
Are you an engineer or architect? People have been building houses for ever . So what is it that you will bring to the house building that cannot be paid for?
That is where the problem lies

People do not approach this issue in a cold blooded business way but bring in all manner of sentiments.
When you buy a car will you build that too?

The question is if you have 100 million is building a house with it a good decision and how much would you expect as income annually?

The problem I have with this is its vagueness
Nothing wrong in having a house you can easily rent out but facts and figures

e.g if you bought a house for 100 million in Lekki, Port Hacourt, Abuja or Kaduna today

what is the best rent income? Any data?
Also Must YOU build it ? Why can't you buy it

A lot of people forget that building a house is work and time which they never pay themselves for

Ever since I finished my NYSC, I have been seeking for job from pillar to pole but all to no avail.
I have attended so many interviews but none of them yielded any positive outcome.
I have prayed, fasted and yet no miracle happen, now crying, depression has been my daily food because no one to assist me..
Most of my colleagues we graduated together of which am better of academically are doing well in their respective area by gotten job but I still remain same way without job after what I gone through in school.

My uncle estranged his wife over rumour that she have a secrete lover at her work place without visible evidence and has begun divorce process in the court...it baffles me because this same man has been cheating on his wife openly for so long.

A friend of mine who's a student reach out to me and asked me to help her find a roommate because she won't be able to rent an apartment alone.

I was scrolling down my Facebook wall the other day and I saw a post from a girl who was looking for a roommate. I saw this as an opportunity to connect that my friend to her, so I quickly chatted her up and let her know I have got someone for her. She was excited and thanked me.. but when I reached out to this my friend to let her know I have gotten a roommate for her too, lo and behold she told she has seen someone already so she's no longer interested.

I reached out to this random girl I met on Facebook to let her know it's not gonna be possible again, she was so disappointed. She had to beg me to help her find someone. I put it to her that there was virtually nothing I could do for her again. I let her know I stay alone but we have gender differences so I can't let her come to my place of which she understood.

She chatted me up the following day that she doesn't have where to stay and that she's been sleeping in a classroom for the past three days. I forgot to say; she's a newly admitted student, she told the money she have is for her school fee and registration so she can't afford a house now but she will be buoyant enough to secure a house by January.

Well, I let her moved to my place with an agreement that she's gonna stay and move out by January.

Now I have been having mixed thoughts,

The bad boy aspect of me is telling me to start having sex with her but the good and rational aspect of me is telling me NO.. reason being that;
(1) If I have sex with her she might be too comfortable to move out.
(2) I don't want her to feel I wanna take advantage of her because I gave her a shelter.

It's not easy to live with a woman that is not blood related to you. She has spent 5 days with me already and I been able to decipline myself from touching her. I Sha like the man I'm becoming

Clive Barker is my all time favourite horror writer but his books are not really translating into high quality movies the way Stephen King's books are. it's a decent watch. it could be better. I'd give it an average score of 2 and half stars out of 5. it's watchable. a lot of torture scenes and blood and gore though - after all it's about sex demons that are summoned by a puzzle box, the catch being that to them pleasure is pain , so you can guess how crazy shocked the human summoners get when these demons wreck their flesh with all types of weapons.

The original book was exquisite, it's a short novel called The Hellbound Heart.

I came back home yesterday after a stressful day and my wife served me food, after eating i relaxed and was watching TV then she went out and bought something to eat and she didn't offer me, then i went out much later as well and bought something to eat. Then next thing was she started grumbling that I will buy something and eat alone, this and that.... Then I replied saying but you just finished eating something which you bought, how am i suppose to know that you will still be interested in eating mine, i further stated that sit down and eat with me if you want to. Hello, I have something around my penis and I don’t know what’s exactly wrong.

So I noticed some weeks back rashes around my waist and groin area and then started applying one triple action cream but it didn’t work much because it was itchy.

Next I see is that this thing has spread to my penis and scrotum.

I take my bath everyday and so this is surprising to me.

Went to a doctor 4 days ago and he gave me mycoten cream and ketoconazaole and predicure tablets.

I noticed the itching reduced a bit and the rashes around my thighs and groin are going one by one but the one on my penis is kinda bringing out little water on it and got bigger a little bit.

And the cream is about to finish though tablets is still there.

PS: I have never had sex in my life so this is not STI
