In City, their off the ball movement is very great, everyone is moving around and opening for passes in advanced positions. KDB isn't that great in his national team. In the last world cup, he wasn't that successful with his passes and many judged him to be a shadow of his real sef. You can check Belgium stats for his pass success rate and compare it to his fellow midfielders or even attackers in the last world cup

Let me also add that Bruno's forward passes will get more accurate overtime because the more they play together, the more the forward players will begin to understand him by making more runs and movement whenever he has the ball to open more space for his passes and anticipate it.

The reason Bruno has a record for loosing a lot of possession is because of his adventurous nature when passing. He likes to pass forward 90% of the time, trying to create chances, so it's expected .
