Man Utd never had interest in Harvertz from day 1. Leverkusen are just doing it to push a bidding war so as to Jack up price for you guys. FPL doesn't work like that. It works based on reputation. You build reputation in FPL. A new player in the league won't cost much at first. After the season, when he bangs in a lot of points and people use him a lot, the player transfer cost is then increased based on accrued reputation. Fernandes of Man Utd is an example.

Gueye trumps Herrera in the first two parameters you listed. I don't need to check Premier league page to know that. I remember Gueye and Ndidi were always dragging 1st and 2nd position with each other on those two parameters every season till Gueye left for PSG.
