Infact, he should buy one first. To tell you the truth, China phones are quite largely of "low" quality. If the screen doesn't break, the speaker phone will stop working etc.

The best thing to do is to buy one, make use of it for at least a month and use it quite roughly so as to know if it can last quite well here in Naija.

If it lasts for more than a month, then you can move forward and get any number you'd want to.

I won't want to recall my experience with a China phone...!!

Those who think Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo 's talent is out of this world might now argue the point with even greater conviction after a new galaxy was named 'CR7'.
Astronomers working at the European Southern Observatory (ESO) have found what they say is the brightest galaxy yet discovered in the early universe.

They have named it 'Cosmic Redshift 7' - abbreviated to 'CR7' - as a means of measuring the celestial body's place along the timescale of the universe.

"Astronomers using ESO's Very Large Telescope have discovered by far the brightest galaxy yet found in the early Universe and found strong evidence that examples of the first generation of stars lurk within it," the group explained.

"These massive, brilliant, and previously purely theoretical objects were the creators of the first heavy elements in history - the elements necessary to forge the stars around us today, the planets that orbit them, and life as we know it.

"The newly found galaxy, labelled CR7, is three times brighter than the brightest distant galaxy known up to now."
The discovery came after a new expansive study of the skies - aimed at discovering ancient stars known as Population III stars, which were formed very early after the Big Bang - and it is hoped CR7 will help scientists understand how early elements came into being.

The astronomers' choice of the nickname that has commonly been associated with Ronaldo - combining his initials and his squad number at Manchester United and Madrid - is believed to be a coincidence.

But Ronaldo supporters might still claim the move puts their idol one up on rival Lionel Messi, who has had newborn babies and streets named after him in his native Argentina but not, as yet, any celestial bodies.

The Blues have identified Witsel as they look to improve their midfield options, with John Obi Mikel set to leave Stamford Bridge amid interest from Turkey and the Middle East.

Witsel, 26, is eager to leave Zenit this summer and is a target for Serie A champions Juventus, but Chelsea believe he would prefer a transfer to west London.

Mourinho is keen to ensure that Chelsea build on their Premier League title triumph this season and wants a side that can also challenge for the Champions League.

Witsel would be considered a direct replacement for Mikel as a holding midfielder to challenge Nemanja Matic for a starting place.

The Blues star believes he can do even better next year by becoming a more prolific goalscorer, and is desperate to taste further success at the club
Chelsea midfielder and PFA Player of the Year Eden Hazard has revealed his desire to improve even further for the Blues next season, stating his aim to "score more goals" for the club.

The Belgium international found the net 19 times as the Blues won the Premier League and Capital One Cup, though he believes he can be even more prolific in front of goal moving forward.

And the former Lille man believes 25 goals in the 2015-16 campaign is a realistic target as Jose Mourinho's side look to replicate their success next season.

"I want to score more goals," he told the club's official website.

"I scored 19 this season, the season before I scored 16, so 19 is good, especially as I’m not a pure striker, I’m a winger."

"But the fans always want me to score. I work hard on that in training but it’s not easy. It would be nice if I could maybe get 25 goals next season."

Despite a hugely impressive campaign in which Jose Mourinho's men clinched two titles, Hazard was insistent that the Blues can do even better next season, particularly in the Champions League.

"We need to keep the two trophies we won this season and hopefully add another cup, it would be good to win everything," he said.

"The only bad thing about this season was the PSG game; when you are playing with 11 men against ten you shouldn’t lose. Even though we didn’t lose the game, 2-2 wasn’t good enough, so it would be good to go far in the Champions League.

"It will be a big challenge to retain the Premier League next season. Every team wants to beat the champions. They will come to Stamford Bridge and try to do whatever they can to beat us, so we have to be ready."

Hazard is currently on international duty with Belgium, as the Red Devils prepare to face Wales in Cardiff on Friday in a crucial Euro 2016 qualifier.

Chelsea have agreed a deal to complete the £2.3million transfer of teenage Romanian right-back Cristian Manea.

The news was announced by the CEO of struggling Romanian club Viitorul Constanta.

The Blues fought of interest from the likes of Arsenal, Ajax and Udinese to complete a move for the star.

The 17-year-old does not turn 18 until August and Jose Mourinho is planning to loan him out to feeder club Vitesse Arnhem.

He has put pen to paper on a five-year deal and is viewed as one for the future.
