well people always have that problem, i did a lot too.. untill i learnt au to optimize my colors based on the clients colors.. you client colors should giv you a hint on au to use it to deisgn your sites..
Another thing is you can use a lot of white spaces if you happen to wark with a sharp dark color, white and grey can fit in into any site too..
and the ultimate tip, study chicks(ladies) the tend to wear light and matching colors so that should inspire u a lot more

yeah they are, and i think all it requires is just for you to have two differents dns servers (unique)

another very simple way is to save your document into a specified location and simple type ctrl+enter key.. this automatically creates a shockwave file in the same directory as your saved flash.. you have to do dat on evry udate or change you make.. okay?

i feel you deji, most of the webhost firms only buy bulk resellers, like the sign-on-africa's and co. i think ipnx and naira.com do hostings in house am not to sure about m-web and 21 century but they are reliable guys. at least so far..but one company that should not venture hosting is accelon (those guys are crappy )

common man, haba... av you used frontpage at all ie(2003) if you havent.. please do and let me know what you think. i understand the rashy stuffs and browser wahala's that may come from frontpage.. but you can disable all that. im enjoying my self (living lavida loca) with FP and both are always opened when ever i start my designs.
frontpage makes design flexible at least you use ms-word now. so you should know what i mean

LOL , i really laugh at you all whos has down rated the flexibility and power of the most wonderful wisiwig editor (MS FRONTPAGE), gossh the app is so cool. let me break this down, one of the most wonderful thingys about frontpage is its flexibilty in integrating css into your pages, thats a stuff dreamwever had to copy in its version 7, frontpage has a very flexible way of integrating tables into your webpages.. dreamweaver is a little bit shaizty.. you can not but avoid table arrows, sometimes you create stuff using DW, they look well bu by the time you preview, thel look and you wonder where the hell did this space come from.. well i use both tools very very well, but im now more flexible with frontpage (2003) and i only use DW for my applications, the advantage (wich i choose not to call it) of DW over FP is its flexibility with many file extensions (web wise) and ease to create data connections.
As anybody tested DW8 (adobe version[including flash 8 awesome]) its so cool, you can integrate ur xml into your xslt pages with just your mouse and your finger...

well what i do is as simple as it is, i do my designes in FP and do coding in DW, a perfect combo

sometimes u have to go to the xtrim of your skills to get a better result,fireworks is good (lying) no doubt but the best of graphics come from fotoshop... anyways you guys had better dump fireworks cos adobe just bought over macromedia and that means BYEBYE to fireworks (finally that junk app gets punked )

how can i put a curve on my layout in this sense, if u draw a sqaure layout, hw do u put a curve on the edge of it.

all u have to do is to use an image with a curve.. you can either creat the square layout in photoshop/firework or the likes of it. then slice the image to soothe your table size.. wich ever way you choose it just has to be an image..

@brushparke OMG so you guy are among the ppl who dirty out jobs, au can u come out to charge 25,000..
