It’s just sad really. So called Christians would claim persecution whereas they are worse offenders. How can you harass and humiliate another human being for practicing their own religion? It’s just so wrong. Especially in a country that supposedly guarantees freedom of religion.

Thank God you can admit to this.

Truth is for every one person who thinks they were exploited to get a CS for the extra pay, there are several more who with the benefit of hindsight would have gladly accepted the advice of going for that CS. many have lost babies, wives sometimes both because they simply thought they were being exploited or because it was the wish of their enemies upon them. if you can afford it, it's not the worst thing to happen to anyone.

Also another advice one can give pregnant women during the antenatal period/process is to have two or three different credible hospitals/specialist who would do their regular checkups and give adequate advice as at when due. when they all advice steongly for a CS you can be rest assured you best interest is what they are in for and not your finance.

Not an advocate for gamblers but an advocate for live and let live! believable or not that some champions league matches were fixed, I give you an example, the Liverpool Barcelona match some may say fixed...I have no problems with that. However, I came accross a number of people who had staked on Liverpool to qualify, win 4-0, win by 3 goal margins...regardless of what the "fixers" have in mind.
A 'gambler' knows he's playing against his luck, the hopefulness is his opium. It's like being a football fan of say Leicester who won millions the other year, staking on Leicester to win the league woulf have been considered stupid and a waste. let's assume the bookmakers did fix it, they still have to pay out a huge sum on that bet.

My point in this is, if you are not gambling, good for you but to be condescending on those that do may be myopic. Live and let live.
