Even to that.. ask whoever you want to ask from ptdf admin.. recommendation by panelists is the most important selection criteria when it comes to merit selection. If you want get 80% of the marks someone with 50% and recommendation by his interview panel is going ahead of you.

I didn't know anyone on the panel and neither did I know anyone at PTDF either but I got the scholarship- based on merit anyway.

Peter Obi is simply a hype of some social media influencers of south east origin. He might have stood a chance had he have gotten the PDP ticket, but he blew it when he decamped to an inconsequential party with no finance or structure. Let's face it folks no party besides the APC and PDP presently have national appeal. Peter Obi is going to lose woefully and a lot of his supporters are going to cry foul but one thing is certain for sure and it is PETER OBI WILL NOT BE PRESIDENT NEXT YEAR BY THIS DATE .
