kenedy175: Structure Structure Structure!! You are that Structure. It's humans that begin or make up Structure. If you keep on being pessimistic, we will continue to remain in this problem the current government has put us in.
I was born and brought up in the north. When people say Obi isn't popular up north, I just laugh. I know the reality on ground. Northerner know and like him, but because if ethnoreligious sentiments, they'll prefer to go for one of theirs.
If we want to deliver Obi, we can If we put hands together.
So it's not a DOA mission. We can do this I laugh too |

pacespot: A defeatist mentality that is killing most Nigerians is what this one just displayed right here The same northerners have been voting against Atiku since time immemorial, and when did Tinubu become a national icon that cannot be defeated in the North? Tinubu is a regional leader as far as I am concerned and South West are even tired of his selfish godfatherism politics. Everybody is tired of this country as well as the Northerners. The candidate who is able to convince people that they bring a better change is who they will vote for. I will just imploy the Igbos not to fall into the trap of some people on social media trying to make Peter Obi look like an Igbo candidate, thereby setting off the contest between Obi and Tinubu as a contest between Igbo and Yoruba. Peter Obi should just continue to use the aura of EndSARS and youth surrounding his campaign to his advantage, that can also be extended to the North as well. If election is to be conducted today, Yoruba youths will vote Obi, and if youths are voting you, be sure that their parents will vote you as well.
So stop all this nonsense talk, everybody is just tired of Buhari's administration. Okay Kiddo. |

dochenaj: You don't know that. All you can be sure of is your vote.
Does he have a better odds of beating Atiku? Of course not. Does that mean it is 100% certain that he will surely lose? Certainly not. He will lose. He might get a few million votes but he will still lose |

Politics › Re: Desperation Must Not Make You Forfeit Your Right - Aisha Yesufu Speaks On Obi by Tingotoe: 10:43pm On Jun 10, 2022 |
dochenaj: Peter Obi needs to identify who his voters are and reach out to them. Yes, does he have people in the North, non-Easterners who might be open to voting for him? Yes he does. And he needs to find them and ensure that they go out and vote.
When we say "structures" it is always ambiguous and your definition of structures might be different from mine. For me structures are people who will be able to reach out to the electorates on a grassroots level and convince them to vote for you.
With the evolution of the internet, "structures" has become very fluid.
Of course he will need people that will defend votes cast for him and be vocal about any manipulation that will go on in the polling stations, in a country where rigging is the only way to win. It's still not good enough to propel him to the presidency. He cannot win |

Peter Obi cannot win the presidency next year. He's in a party that lacks structure and finance and also his popularity ends in his home region of the south east. I wonder how his party is going to convince millions of the illiterate electorate up north to abandon Atiku and vote for him. I also want to see how he plans on getting the SW voters to jump on his bandwagon. Sorry but DOA 2023 maybe some other time sha |
