This is so on point. Apc can only beat pdp by having a more progressive approach and ideologies. For now APC is building thier structure around people jusft like pdp and you can never beat the master at his own game. The Eps will ensure that candidates will never marginalise or look down on any segment of the country geopolitically, ethnically, proffessionally etc. Apc should stop the whole horsetrading with pdp and start building structures that will preced people. glory2glory: Punch newspaper is ignorant. The people are under surveillance with their movements restricted in their homes, they are communicated to daily. They only move them to quarantine or isolation centres if they develop symptoms. This was how it was done in Lagos. Presently, 3 persons have symptoms and have been moved to the isolation centres.

Ribadu should just have taken Iboris $15 M bribe because now Ibori has been proven right! He will be laughing his arse out as soon as he hears the news of Ribadus defection to PDP, party he will most likely come back to be the boss of Ribadu, just like convicted thief Bode George. The woman that took over from Ribadu, who made billions with Andoakaa will be laughing themselves to sleep now! They have won the eventual victory over Ribadus hypocritical honesty! Most likely, they will come back to take their own pound of flesh! Now EFCC and it's once glorious history is dead, NAFDAC's glory was dead long before Akunyili died as she destroyed all the hardwork by hobnobbing with a sick Yaradua and covering his lies with Andoakaa! CBNs once good reputation under a Soludo, though highly disputes, is equally dead! PDP and GEJ put a nail into every positive spin on Soludos history by rendering him politically stillborn, Anamba election style, tempered with heavy doses of tribalism! Did I mention a certain the government fat-fed Okonji Iweala? Hahaha? The woman that used to pretend as though she was the key personality in negotiating the debt relief in Obasanjo's government? Well, she has now racked Nigeria back to $ 60 B in debt or over N 11 Tr! Hehehe, who else is loving the PDP drama

There are more hypocrites that have since taken the bait like the frog look alike Reuben Abati (Patitos Gang), Adeniyi of Yaradua Fame, etc. Next to erase all the good story of his work in FCT in Abuja is El-Rufai and madam due Process! I think madam due process could fall for a huge cash payout like N 1 B or more! El Rufai, I wonder if money will buy him, maybe a presidential appointment or governorship ticket, signed and delivered! Fani Kayode only needed to be promised exemption from EFCC and a sure date in court or prison to fall in line!

But tributes to some of the best Nigerians who so far have never been bought over, either with money or going to prison or even death! The list is impressive and these are the values Nigerians have to inculcate otherwise, they shall live in permanent slavery:

1. Chief Obafemi Awolowo. There is nothing they did not throw at him to make him fall or compromise but he refused. You may remember he was convicted on trumped up treason charges? They actually told the judge to condemn him to death but the judge could not, I suggest young Nigerians should read the book My March through the Prison by Chief Awolowo himself!

2. Chief MKO Abiola, he'd rather die fighting than compromise for all the billions of dollars Abacha stole and was willing to print more for him.

3. Gani Fawehinmi: What else could be done to this man to compromise? Nothing! Military beating and harassment, imprisonment, anything! Not even death, until he passed on due to sickness caused by his travails.

4. Fela Anikulapo Kuti: Again, nothing Nigerian governments did not do to this guy! Imprisonment, multiple beatings, slander, banning, killing his beloved mum, etc; he never broke for even 1 minute!

5. Tai Solarin: Another dogged fighter, nothing the Nigerian government did not do to him including IBB seducing him with chairmanship position of Peoples Bank!

6. Professor Wole Soyinka: Again, what else hasn't the evil governments of Nigeria done to this highly respectful and brilliant man? Since the 1960s, they've done everything to break or kill this man, but they've failed till date. His name will be forever remembered, just like every other one on this list!

I don't know about pdp. But here is my list for both president and vice president. Donald Duke. Pat Utomi. Nuhu Ribadu. Oby ezekwesili. Adams Oshiomole. Sullivan Chime. Abike Dabiri. Ken Nnamani. At the rate politicians switch parties, its safe to say that PDP and APC are only platforms. They are the two wings of same bird.

Our presidents exhibit more professional decorum when speaking in public and that still hasn't made the country better. The real problem with Nigeria is when people like you leave the real issues affecting the country and start distracting us with unnecessary ones. There is no media in this world that is 100% unbiased on every issue. You can watch the both of them to get more balanced facts. CNN and aljazeera may down play some issues while over hyping others,or report from different perspectives,but at least they don't just formulate news nor lies, neither do they peddle falsehood. teeebugs: The debate sponsored by the American-based International Republican Institute and put together by the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) for a live transmission between two front line candidates in the August 9 governorship election could not hold yesterday because of the absence of one of the candidates, Iyiola Omisore.

The debate was expected to hold between the incumbent governor, Rauf Aregebsola of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Sen Iyiola Omisore, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate but Omisore did not show up for the event.

The debate only turned out to be almost an interview for Governor Aregbesola where he advanced his mission without any challenge.

Though no official reason was given for his inability to attend the debate, Omisore’s spokesperson, Prince Diran Odeyemi had earlier said in a statement that Omisore could only attend such debate on the ground that there is adequate security.

Why are you lying. Even the picture shows that it was supposed to be between apc, pdp and Lp. Lp and pdp shunned the debate for the same reason Buhari and co. Shunned the 2011 debate. Osun Broadcasting commission was obviously sympathetic to aregbesola. If the governor is really honest, he should debate on an unbiased, neutral platform. This further proves that pdp and apc are the same thing.

Please how is this scientifically possible. Did the d**b guy think that by mentioning Israel everyone will believe him. It is scientifically impossible for a paper to automatically erase your thumb print in one point of the paper and recreate it in another in that same sheet. Even if the paper has some sort of chemical that can make it automatically erase an ink: 1)it won't be able to automatically recreate that ink. 2)the chemical will make the paper change either colour,texture and other physical characteristics. Which means everybody will know its not the normal paper that is being used for election and that will automatically blow the cover.. People should learn to do a research before spoeaking out of ignorance and making a fool of themselves.

The family of the man should have requested an autopsy or forensic screening of the body. Any body can kill someone,hang his corpse and call it suicide.
