They would be silly if there didnt. Common, they are in countries where things are working. They are currently sitting in their offices and earning salary without any fear of being sacked the next minute. They go home to light, take a good shower and put on the ac/heater. Throw cakes and tomatoes at each other. So tell me, what would be thier problem with the president. Now ask them to come stay in Nigeria for a week and see if their views wint change. Its pathetic we try to butter things up and are so desperate to defend even what we ourselves know is true. If u had a heart, then see the number of disengaged workers, rate of inflation and how the cost of living has tripled. You may blame Obasanjo, Jonathan, yaradua, ibb etc but one thing is certain Buhari was voted to fix these problem and he would be blamed for failure to do so. You may say that the 16 years of misrule and damage to the economy cant be salvaged in a year. I agree with u but a competent government would in a year stabilise the economy and stop it from.further deterioration. However in the past one year the rate at deterioration has more than doubled and that is a call for concern. Denying that is simply because you are either a tribalist or just afraid to think that once again your so much hope has been crashed. Its good to always hold out hope but it doesn't mean we cant sound an alarm when and where the government seems to be failing and trust me if you have to look to people outside your country for a commendation than its a first sign of failure |
Those your village guys are doing so because of lack of unemployment and more seriously insecurity of the country. Do You think mayor's election in America isnt run with that kind of zeal and even more.however they do know that if they do anything that runs foul of the law, they will be jailed. We need to restructure the country |
The sexual tension is becoming too.much for these senators. They should just get it over with |
In.other news, her lashes can cut bread |
You didnt see the news yesterday. Buhari asked him to include names so he has to re work on.it. By this time next week Monday another news will surface that due to ongoin.trials and legal implication, they would have to remove the names. By the upper week they will tell u that they want to approach the Judiciary to make clarifications on the legality of the list... They will continue to do this till they can.find a scape goat to blame for the non publishing of the list.. |

John Eteng, the Mr University Africa Nigeria and first runner up Mr University Africa gave us some eye candy as he turns 24. He released the hot shots this morning to celebrate his birthday!!! Enjoy

It was a typical TGIF for the crew… The week had been a good one. Temi just received his appointment letter from one of the new generation banks after four years of intense job search. I just got my first pay cheque from the biggest endorsement deal I ever scored. Certainly, there was more than enough reason to turn up. Bottles kept piling up and soon enough we introduced a drinking game; simply, who will be the last man standing. Then came the Tequila shots. The first round, second round, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and soon enough some of us started giving up, not Temi though; he was set to win this competition like his job depended on it. At about 4am, the night out was winding up and gradually each of us had to leave. Temi was obviously drunk, I offered to drive him home but no, he wouldn’t have anyone drive his mum’s favorite car. So I escorted him to the car, he managed to collapse into the driver’s seat, he starred at me like he wanted to say something, simply shook his head and drove off. That was the last I saw Temi. I was awoken the next morning by a call from Temi’s aunt. “Prince, your nwanne is dead”. These exacts words stunned me. Words I will never forget. Drunk driving is one of the leading causes of automobile accidents in Nigeria, yet this is one issue the society has treated with kid’s gloves. The driver who drives under the influence is not just a menace to himself and passengers but to other road users. Various measures must be taken to curb this menace. Sales of alcohol in motor parks should be completely prohibited by relevant agencies and government. There is an urgent need for clubs and bars to ensure cab services and/or drivers are provided for customers whom are visibly drunk. This should be made compulsory. Road officers and police need to be sensitized and provided with devices that could detect the level of alcohol consumption of drivers by measuring their Blood Alcohol Concentration(BAC). Breathalyzers are a typical example of such devices. Our laws on drunk driving need an urgent review and amendment. There is a need to define legally what constitutes as drunk driving; this quagmire constitutes a bottle-neck in the success of the various campaigns against drunk driving in Nigeria. The law needs to spell out the concentration of alcohol in one’s system should be consider the individual ‘drunk’ and otherwise not fit to drive. Different countries have their blood alcohol concentration (BAC) optimum at different levels. In Russia it’s a 0.04%, Ukraine has a level of 0.03% while the United States and Romania has theirs set at 0.08. Finally there is a need to sensitize our citizens on the very many negative impacts of drunk driving. We have lost too much human capital to this menace. MY NAME IS PRINCE ALOZIE, MR UNIVERSITY AFRICA AND I AM SAYING PLEASE #DON’T DRIVE DRUNK. http://www.thisvoice.net/guest-corner/tgif-when-it-ends-in-tears-by-prince-alozie

He has started distributing free petrol. Later thhey will say pdp is using gifts to woo voters.. See how he is saying it with pride. Politicians are all the same. Funny how he did not mention any single thing he hopes to do for his people or any strategy he may use to better his peoples lives. His only aim.of contesting is to over throw the incumbent. |
