Examples are foreigners, Spanish, and other ethnicities, including your so called Nigerians you mentioned.

I disagree sir, in the USA for instance, all, ALL so called illiterates can speak English cause it's their mother tongue, what makes them illiterates is that they can't read and write in English, am pretty sure that is the same issue in the UK.
