The idea of having an extension of this thread on other platforms, is us trying to have an upper room, of believers with like mind furthering God's Work. The creator of nairaland forum never had your interest at heart, that's why we've had satan's minions coming here freely to infiltrate the thread. But regardless, we are still waxing stronger, and the gates of hell shall never prevail against us. God with His infinite wisdom knows how to use anything to his own advantage. While telegram may seem like a better bet, Whatsapp has greater user base than telegram, people use Whatsapp more, personally i don't use telegram for anything. whatsapp is compatible and is directly linked to Facebook, which means we could share information from whatsapp to Facebook easily, is like killing two birds with the sling of one stone, somebody posts a testimony, or a message about God, and everybody shares it from the group chat to Facebook. Imagine how far it will spread. Hmm.. "Wisdom is profitable to direct." Let the Holy spirit lead.

No one is saying we are leaving this thread. No, far from it. This thread has over the years become a stronghold for believers on nairaland, it has caused so much damage in the kingdom of darkness, souls have been saved and liberated by the power of God's word, and by the testimonies of many, so why should it ever end. The whatsapp idea is like having an extension or a branch of this thread of the same people of like mind furthering the work of God's kingdom. The world is full of darkness, and social media is one of satan's breeding ground and stronghold, chances of having the word of God preached in its purest forms on social media is becoming slimmer by the day. So i don't see why the word of God from this thread should not spread to these other platforms.

I can't explain how much this thread had done for my spiritual growth.

The person should create a new Gmail email address for this purpose to avoid the persons personal email to be too full. ( Creating a Gmail takes like 5 seconds)

The person can use the email to create a nairaland moniker which he or she will tell us what the moniker will be with his familiar Account moniker, before doing so.

Honestly you spoke my mind. Been wanting to suggest this @CharlyG1. It's time this thread, moves to another level. With whatsapp we could really have a quality time of fellowship, without any infiltration or interference. With whatsapp you hold the knife and the meat of control, you regulate whatever happens within the group. I consider myself lucky to have found this thread from the day it all started, ever since I have been following relentlessly. I haven't really shared my experiences though, I pray for grace to do so soon. I never envisaged this thread would still be alive, but here it is, still waxing stronger and changing lives positively to the glory of God. Meanwhile, let's wait for God's direction, if He wills for us to have another Platform, so be it.

Like someone rightly said on here, the only problem with the north, and the northerners is religious extremism. Aside that, they are the best people, and the most economically sane place to live in nigeria. Take it from someone who has traveled widely.

Hello brethren! Compliments of the season. Hope you are fine, and your families too. Please I need help, maybe a word of encouragement. I am at a breaking point in my life. I lost my mother two weeks ago (she died). I was there during the crisis, and my siblings too. We prayed for mercy, for healing, but she died anyway. I was broken, i've never hurt as bad as i do now. My mother was the spiritual pillar of the family, the prayer warrior, she was God fearing, she was a good woman. My questions to God would be; Why did you take her? Why now? But who are my to question him. right now I feel pain, I don't know how to pray anymore or study the scriptures. I just stay here all day a melancholy and despondent, thinking about how cruel and wicked life has been.

Pride is the most deceptive and stealthy weapon satan uses against a christian and it always works so he doesn't get tired of using it.



Pride doesn't stop you from casting devils, healing or even raising the dead.

The only battle Jesus christ did not win is the battle of pride, where he couldn't overcome, he quietly excused himself.

Places were their unbelief was great, he didn't engage them but instead he quietly left them alone.

When he was taunted about him not being able to come forth from the cross which was a direct attack on his ego by satan, he just quietly looked unto God and cried out why have you forsaken me.

What you do not realise is satan actually doesn't bow down out of such conversations, what he does is he encourages you vehemently to keep feeling strong. Remember what they did to Jesus

Gentlemen, pride is high level satanic stealthy weapon. It can deny you the kingdom in the last minute. And this is satans choice weapon of the 21st century. Pride and lust.

Also remember what pride did to moses at just few feet away from the promise land.

A christian is never proud. The minute God opens your eyes to the proper activities of satan, my brother you will not be proud. You'll just pray for grace.

All humans combined on this earth is not powerful than satan. It is Jesus christ and the holy spirit that gives us the grace. Please i beg you, live a humble life. Their are realms the lord wants us to see that our pride could deprive us of. The second a little pride kicks in, even just a drop, what happens is your spirit man becomes less dependant on Jesus so you become gradually weak.

We are mighty through God, not through pride and talkativeness. Let your words be few.

The good brethren here may not be able to give you the answers you seek concerning this, because biblically this phenomenon is hard to explain. From my own personal experience, when you keep seeing numerical patterns repeatedly, it means God is trying to convey a message to you through His angels, especially if you are distracted too much and are not constantly in tune with the holy spirit. In numerology it is called angel numbers, mediums and psychics use it to predict the future. It is enticing, if you dabble into it and are not careful, you will be deceived into glorifying angels. And as believers in christ we should not base our believe in angels, or something that is not biblical. Regardless, every human at birth has one or more angels assigned to them, and their duty is to help you fulfill God's purpose for your life, so don't ignore the sign. 2. In the middle of the seven years, he will break his agreement with isreal. Some people get jobs through strange circumstances. I once heard of a guy who got an oil company job, just because he picked up littered papers scattered on the office floor where they waited for interview. Hello bro Tjosh, I have never had any business with occult and I have known God ever since I was a child. I've gone for deliverance and most times I would be told there is a curse on my family bloodline. Some of Those prophets I went to for deliverance revealed what they saw to me, saying there is a kind of mark (3 marks precisely) on my forehead that It will be difficult for me to succeed in anything with that mark on.

They prayed with me seriously and one of them said he saw two angels giving me a gift which will be manifested in the physical realm in 6 months time. Although, they gave me a condition that if I sin the angels will not give me that gift again. During those period, I tried not to sin but only masturbation which always overpower me came up again.
