This is the general response they give when you write to them to know the status of your application and a decision has been made.

Your passport will soon be delivered to VAC

I replied them this last weekend after getting the nsf. I am planning to send a mail to them next week monday if I don't get a feedback by friday.

Go to your bank or call customer care tell them you want to transfer the money from your domiciliary account to your master card
They will tell you how to do it online or you go a physical branch

Easiest method is for you to get a usd dom account and get it's atm card and then deposit dollars or transfer into it. You can go to gtb and request for prepaid dollar card ( you will be issued the card instantly)
